Don't believe negative reviews ! This place and the people are awesome.You will not find better prices,service and selection. I buy acetone,alcohol and gloves here at a fraction the cost of anywhere else. For nail supplies the 'go to place' if you have a business or home based nail clients.

Co oanh rat la bo lau. Lay chau May chuc $. Nguoi Viet voi nhau ma dam lua nhau. Vi 2 chau noi o nuoc Anh. Chau Hien voi duy.4 but dap bot kolinsky binh thuong co day noi la $20 thi chau lay Nhieu. Voi loai xin kolinsky USA but la $32.Tra tien roi thi ve nuoc anh thay la co oanh tinh sai voi hon gia but dap bot.4x $27 and $27 loai binh thuong la $201X £34 but xin.The owner over charged me by $31.She was cheeky to lie to us say the Nail kolinsky brushes are $20 the normal ones so we thought we buy 4 normal kolinsky brushes size 16.She not say the size 16 and 18 different sizes.She say one price and when come to payment she overcharge and incorrect price from what said and on the brushes label.Then she say the good better kolinsky USA brushes are $32. So we buy 4 brushes. (3 size 16 and 1 size 18). She ask where we from and we said UK.She said “ it must be cheap for u cos ur currency is higher £ than $ Canadian.”We thought she was nice and genuine.But we realise after we flew back to UK and looked at invoice she overcharged incorrectly.Be careful what u buy and check your invoice before u leave this nail supplier.We spent $651.28 here of nail supplies buying kolinsky nail brushes, drills pieces and 55 nail art pens. It would of been nice if she was honest.

Beware and be careful before checkout.The item always was overcharged if you don’t pay attention. I don’t know why this business still exists.None Vietnamese nail owner salons come back again after they visited.Should avoid this place.Replied on May 29, 2023.10 years family business owner does not mean you are successful in customer service. Visited your store two times, and each time visiting, I wondered if you charged my bills $1 or $2 extra per item, you know $2 does not make you richer, but it made you poor in your services. It's totally a scam and cheating client. It's no surprise why Vietnamese nail salons did not come back to your store again.

Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable, patient, and they have a great selection of items. They tried to work with my price point and were not pushy at all. Cannot wait to go back.

Hidden little place with a good selection of nail items. Went here specifically for the Cre8tion products which I could not find elsewhere in Vancouver. Woman in the store greeted me when I entered and helped me find what I needed. Prices were good and when I've got more time to shop around I'll definitely come back to see what other products the store has to offer.

Since im from the island, i almost always stop in when I'm over here, best place for stocking up on refillable supplies, buffers, lotions, files and of course polishes. Always gives me a deal

Worst supply store I've been to. Overpriced products, rude and pushy owner. Bought some metal foot files that I left unopened. Tried to exchange it but the owner refused, receipt says exchangeable within 7 days if unused, met all the requirements but she just said no without even giving me any eye contact. Did not honour her policy. There are many supplies stores out there, definitely not coming back to this one.
