If I could leave NO STARS, I would!!I will never use these people to get any work done. Very rude on the phone, telling me it takes much longer to get a simple stone chip repaired than it actually does, making any excuse NOT to do the job.In this day and age with competition the way it is, they should be jumping at the chance for new clients.I'm taking my business elsewhere, I suggest anyone reading this does the same!!

Terrible customer service. Had a time booked never even bothered to reorder the glass need to repair my vehicle. Never even bothered to call back or let me know what was going on. I guess they are so successful that losing almost 2g in glass doesn't matter. That's a first for me. So in conclusion they are not interested in your business. Don't waste your time. Check out places in Barrie. Worth going since Alliston doesn't seem interested in the work.

Awesome people, fast, and top quality service ! Vacuumed up literally all the glass inside the car. Were also supposed to be closed today but came in to do it. Very impressed !

I'm not even sure if they are still open. I've been calling for 3 weeks and leaving voicemails. I have yet to receive a response. I can't just swing by either, the hours are from 9 - 3? I think my bank is open longer than that. I can likely get my passport faster than getting my windshield repaired.

Had my wife’s cracked windshield filled today and Greg the owner of the store and also the operator did a fantastic job. A crack that had a low chance of being repaired Greg managed to get the job done which saved us from replacing the windshield.He was wonderful to deal with and was true to his time frame for getting it done. He was able to fit me in on a day that worked for me and not 4 weeks in the future. I give a review where it’s due and I will be going back to Greg for sure. It’s hard to find reliable and trust worthy places to get cars serviced or anything for that matter now a days.I see some reviews regarding the difficulty getting a hold of the store and at first I had the same issue but I left a voicemail with my contact info and the lady at the front desk called me the next day so it’s not even that bad. You just gotta make a little more effort that’s all which isn’t much to begin with.If you’re from the area I would recommend him for sure.

Great service. Second time going to them with a nasty windshield stone chip (first repair is over 3 years old and still holding fine). Other repair shops won’t even try to fix a chip as large as what I had. This shop says, “we’ll try”. Even if by chance it doesn’t hold, their warranty will discount the chip repair off a new windshield. Nothing to lose.

Changed the windshield on my 2020 Honda Civic Type-R and they did an awesome job, couldn't even tell they were there. Definitely recommend this location. Staff was friendly as well

I had my windshield repaired January 12 and could not be more pleased with the service I received from the lady at the front desk to Greg the owner..They even helped with guiding me on the installation of my dash cam. I left my second car key on the desk and Greg cought up to my wife to bring her the key. A very good experience and a great job.
