Employees are great. Management has absolutely no clue on what they are doing. Nothing like being told a bunch of promises. Then walk in there every morning with no clue of what you are doing or where you are going. Never seen anything like it. Management claims they will train" you. Lol not even close. Was employed by them. Went through norcat and such. Spent a week sitting in a truck and a morning in a sweeper. Then was escorted off the property like I was some kind of criminal. And this was after sitting around all morning being told to wait going in sweeper. Then wait going to line something up for you. Lol. Management is a joke. A lot of great workers feel sorry that they have to deal with such poor management. Not too mention what's the point of hiring if in all reality you don't have enough work. Avoid this company"

Do not award a property management contract to this company. BM Metals is responsible for one of the worksites I frequent and the employees are either late or don't show up about 75% of the time, the equipment they have on site is woefully inadequate and they do not answer their phones when called to show up to do their job. The property has been very hazardous almost every day of winter 2016-2017. Terrible.

well I work there so its all right I guess ,good managers in the rail dept.

I would never work for this company there hiring process is a, wast of time you can work fir bigger places then them and not have to hive your life story

I have used Bm metals industrial services on smelter outages and have been happy with the service, the owners and supervision are excellent to work with and offer a professional service at very competitive rates.
