Air Transat

We flew Air Transat to Cancun on December 27 and returned January 3 to Toronto. Both flights were on time. Staff at the airport and on board were friendly, polite and efficient. There were 15 of us....8 adults and 7 children under the age of 8....we all had a great experience. The pilot even announced my daughter's birthday on the return flight. Thanks Air Transat for a great job!

Flying from FT LAUTERDALE TO TORONTO. Delayed flight. Very poor in flight service.Had added option Plus which is not worth the price.Do not recommend option plus to anyone. Pay separate for a sandwich please.

We flew air transat they boarded us on a bus like cattle. All pushed together. Left us on the bus without opening the doors for 25 mins before letting us out to board the plane.Flight was delayed. Terrible experience.

Staff are horrible , flight TS186 , both woman there to assist " customers doing nothing but speak with tongue and create every issue possible as if you should be the professional one .Won't let you take carry on that you take many times with AT

BEWARE!!! DANGER!!!! DO NOT FLY WITH THIS PATHETIC OF AN EXCUSE OF AN AIRLINE!!! Very rude not helpful at all!!! All they want is your money!!! Sat at the airport with a valid ticket and passport and was denied access and denied a credit with no viable excuse as to why they would not accommodate us. SAVE TIME and MONEY FLY WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!! THE SO CALLED SUPERVISOR IN THIS REVIEW IS USELESS!!!

Hard to comprehend as a CX professional why AirTransat has such a low rating on Google.Booked two vacations this year already, and I have to say my experience was delightful. Would recommend for a multitude of reasons.As much as I would like to support travel agents and small businesses, it becomes difficult. I tried and felt as though I was an inconvenience. So, Airtransat has earned my loyalty.Their customer enabled digital experience is easy to navigate, comprehend, and provides a seamless experience. This includes shopping, purchasing, checking in, in-flight entertainment that syncs easily to smart phones, laptops, or tablets.Support at Airport, transfers, and Resort support was excellent from YYZ to CCC and vise versa.Well done! Keep it up.

Won't hesitate to give a -5 Stars if I can. Calling customers help center let me waited for 2 hours and 10 minutes, but still not answered. I finally have to quit the phone call after getting response on chat.

Flew from Toronto in June 2023 to Lisbon. Had not flown with them in awhile but upgraded to option plus. We bypassed regular line and got speedy check in. Boarding was fine with gate up to date and time of boarding. Got a lil goodie bag with a blanket, eye mask and headphones. The flight attendants were very nice. Also more leg room made it much more spacious for me.

I fly Air Transat annually to Europe and have flown with them to the Caribbean over the years. I am compelled to write a review because they are excellent. Their prices are always good, the website is easy to use, getting through to an agent is never problematic in my experience and I always get great results. Today, I spoke to Shirley from the Toronto office and she was fantastic. She resolved my conundrum and was on point, friendly and knowledgeable. Club Class is our way to travel especially on longer hauls. Our in flight experience on February 26 from Gatwick to Toronto was outstanding! The flight steward was amazing and the food and beverage service was over the top and VERY good! I know I know…it’s airplane food but it was above par and much better than the others. I am booked for south Spain for 9 weeks in 2024. I won’t travel any other way. Good job Air Transat….you truly gained a loyal customer.

My friends and I flew with Air Transat from Toronto to Lisbon on August 13, 2022 and they managed to lose all 3 of our checked bags. Our summer trip was 25 days in total and they never sent us our luggages. Even when they found them, they sent them back to Canada.We filled out the baggage delay claim forms as soon as we got back, which was September 6, 2022. We are still waiting for them to reimburse us for everything we had to purchase.That’s 2 full months of no communication, no reimbursement and no call center or email for us to reach them at.Wouldn’t recommend flying with Air Transat; their customer service is terrible.
