I worked for Terry Construction for just over two weeks. Eric Terry is a total sociopath. He cuts corners on renovations, does a hack job with insufficient materials, and in the space of two days fired both his employees - myself and another carpenter. He tried to blame us for his own errors and deficient work, and is now not only refusing to pay us, but has also been threatening both of us with physical violence and swearing, cursing and insulting us in a very harassing manner. Avoid hiring him if you value your home, and avoid working for him if you value your safety and paycheck!

Contacted Terry Construction for installation of a new powder room on the first floor of my condo. It was a unique job with some additional challenges related to it being a heritage building. They did a great job navigating them, maintaining transparency and engaging me on options. Very happy with the end result. Top quality finishing and completed on schedule at a reasonable cost. Would recommend!

Updated review: After less than 2 years, the concrete repair is cracked and falling apart. I paid more for the promised proprietary" surface coating that would be long-lasting

We are very happy with Terry Construction. Our deck was pretty tired and old and needed a new base, stairs and railings. Eric and his crew showed up on time, started the job, communicated well, and finished the job on time. They made it look easy. I would hire them again and I have passed their name on to a friend that needs a similar service.

Eric was great all the way through, I had hired him to parge the exterior of my residential building. Upon arriving to quote me, he went through the details of his work plan and provided valuable suggestions which we went ahead with. He’s very professional, I’ll be calling him up for more work next year!

Had Eric remove our back concrete step attached to the house and fix the exterior parging around the house. Dealt with Daniel on the phone who helped set everything up. Both answered my questions and were very helpful. Very satisfied with the work, would highly recommend and will be my default go to for any future work I may need to be done. Thanks guys!
