Very happy that they opened this location. In particular, Matthew provides outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen factors, I rarely arrive almost at the closing time. But Matt is always accommodating and accepts my packages. Nothing is more frustrating than arriving at the drop-off location on a Friday afternoon, minutes before closing, and having the employees shut the door on your nose or refuse to accept packages. Thank you, Matt, for always greeting us with a smile and chatting me up!

Great way to save money on small business shipping! I just wish they brough back the ability to print labels in store (was available pre-pandemic)

I have been using chitchat for years now. I started out with the one by Queensborough (Richmond location) and moved to the surrey one until the finally open this one in coquitlam. Great team and always helpful with my packages

This service is excellent! I've been using Chit Chats (PoCo) for the last year and ship with them weekly. I've saved SO much money since I switched over to them. Matt at the Port Coquitlam location is so helpful and happy! Highly recommend!

Chit chats service was top-notch in the beginning, not anymore. Services have declined considerably. I ordered May 5th from a supplier that is about 30 min drive but cannot pick it up from their office as they do not have a pickup option anymore. It's now May 16th and I still do not have my package and Chit Chats support cannot find my package yet just says it's out for delivery again. We are a business, apparently, there have been three attempts" at delivery but nothing received.We tried to call support again today but they do not answer their phones before 11 am and close at 4 pm. How is this helpful?We stopped using this service two years ago for our own business due to the number of lost parcels and I have given the company I am now dealing with our contact at Wizmo so they can prevent further issues from this happening again. As another reviewer stated I will go out of my way to ensure folks do not use them. Deplorable company to deal with. Absolutely the worst shipping company in Canada."

Chit chats gives a great price on shipping compared to any other service in Canada. They have good insurance and cheap rates to the US too. I would definitely ship with them again.

Using this location as my main drop off point for my small business. It's been a pleasure coming in regularly because the attendant at this location is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Always able to help answer any questions I have with Chit Chats service.

Once you figure out how to use their online system, it's fairly simple. Just print your label, place it on your package and drop it off.For small packages to the USA, the shipping time is fast and the cost is very reasonable. They also have decent rates for domestic shipping, although the speed is pretty slow. Sadly I can't at all recommend them for international shipments. Although they are cheaper than the competitors for sending internationally, the speed is prohibitively slow.

This is not to review this store, but Chitchats as a company. A seller shipped me an item using Chitchats, and it's been delayed" for almost a month

Great experience when we ship stuff out of this branch. The man that works in the front is friendly and helpful. The cost to get packages to the U.S. is a fraction of the cost of using Canada Post or UPS. 100% of my packages have arrived at their destination
