Had a small issue. Was concerned. Due to reviews. They replaced it the sane day... To those posts? ?

Worst experience ever. Dropped off 2 mirrored nightstands to be repaired and the Sharara the owner promised to have them to me within a 2 week time span. The mirrored nightstands took 4 weeks to be completed and when we went to pick them up they were still not fixed properly. The customer the repair was for would not accept the repair and I brought it back to Sharara to fix the issues that the customer pointed out and thatshould have been fixed the first time. We paid him in full before the job was even started. Upon returning them back for him to fix, he said he was in the shop and to come now, he made us wait 2 hours outside of the shop for him (We do not live in Vaughn). 4 weeks later he called and said they are ready, so again we go and attempt to pick it up and the nightstands are even worse, glass was not cut or installed properly, at this time 2 months later we asked for my Money back as the process was taking too long and my client was very angry with us, We ended up having to pay the customer full cost of the 2 nightstands. Sharara refused to give us a refund and said he would fix it properly. A few weeks later I went to pick up the nightstands and Sharara demanded more money from us, and would not allow us to load the tables into the truck. we picked them up as I had already paid for the repair, and he pushed my father into a wall with the night stands in his hand. A verbal argument took place and he called the police accusing us of assaulting him. I was locked outside of the door and I can hear him telling the police dispatch that I was hitting him , I have video proof which we showed the police officers. Sharara has some screws loose in his head and I don't want this issue to happen to any one else! DO NOT USE EBM GLASS WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. 3 Months later the nightstands are still not fixed properly.

Beware! Stay away. If I were you, don't deal with these people, there are a lot of glass company out there. Their shop is small, there's almost no glass cutting equipment inside, I wonder how they do their job, but because I wanted to finish my glass works ASAP, i've asked their help. They agreed to do the job, promised me they can do it in 3 days but the job is not done after a week and it's almost impossible to catch them by phone. They kept promising that the glasses are ready to be picked up (my husband went there 3 consecutive days, nothing was done). After 2 weeks, I've visited their shop and the son said it's not my mistake

Worst customer service ever. Took a few months to get a piece of glass cut. When I delivered it to my customer the glass was the wrong dimension. I brought it back to have replaced and had to wait a few more weeks. Owner of the company is very rude and his only concern is money. I do not recommend this company to anyone
