If you are selling a large Jasmine Tea for $7.25, please make sure your service matches the price you are asking. I also work in retail industry, I have a lot of patience and respect for people who work in customer service but the kind of service today I received at this location is extremely rude. I asked for recommendations since I don’t know what Iron Goddess tastes like and the cashier told me if I never had it I shouldn’t try it. Okay, fine. i asked if she at least can describe it, she just said it’s completely different. Okay, fine. But don’t raise your voice at me and asking repeatedly about something I clearly communicate with you and said it’s the same price. Like, why?

Pretty good, the tea has nice flavour and the toppings are good quality and decent quantity. All I’d say is ask for less, or no ice because they put a bit too much and that takes away from the flavour… and ur money.

Came here on Christmas Eve and ordered the Black Sugar Fresh Milk Cap. It wasn't that bad but the black sugar was at the very end of the drink. There was only milk for 3/4 of the drink so I ended up drinking black sugar and tapioca when I was almost done with it. Not the best experience in terms of the quality but customer service was good and I'll be willing to order it again and see how it is that time!

Today, I ordered a matcha latte, which was the worst beverage I've ever tasted. Additionally, I told them that I didn't enjoy the drink and asked if they could create another one, but they refused. I also work at a café, and providing delicious drinks to customers helps to maintain the reputation of the establishment.

Staff and service was wonderful. Prices are reasonable and sizes are satisfying. I ordered a super mango drink and the chunks of mango were HUGE and generous. Very delicious!

I tried their matcha milk tea and it was delicious! I also had the chance to customize my sweetness level, and the staff was happy to accommodate my preferences. highly recommend!!

I visited the store in Square One yesterday. I am fairly new to bubble tea. This was my third time having it. There were so many choices here and some looked so pretty on the posters. There were no other customers so I asked some questions about flavours. The two people working were so short and rude to me. They seemed very put out that I asked questions. Some they would not even answer but pointed to a sign like I was an idiot. When I did get my drink, it was ok but nothing great. And I left the store feeling terrible about my inadequacies of ordering bubble tea. I will not visit this chain again.

Extremely rude worker ruined my experience. I am a frequent customer and enjoy the drinks. When I went to order today, I asked for tapioca. The worker then propped up a No Tapioca" sign and started tapping on it. They did not even bother saying it out loud. They seemed so fed up. I understand it must be annoying to say something over and over
