I can’t recommend Fair Winds Inspections highly enough! I’m buying a house in Michigan and I live in Texas. Fair Winds went to the property in question and made me feel secure about my remote purchase. Dustin is thorough and professional and I’m glad I hired him to inspect the property I’m buying!

Dustin is, without a doubt, the most comprehensive home inspector I’ve used. I was really impressed with how thoroughly he inspected the home I am buying. He caught issues that everyone else was unaware of, and he recommended solutions and seller repairs I would not otherwise have known about. I was not able to attend the inspection, but he completed the home inspection and I had my detailed report later that evening.
