Four Points by Sheraton Surrey

Have been to this hotel a couple of times. The room is fairly standard, I'm not convinced it's worth what you pay, but it carries the Sheraton name. It's somewhat quiet, and works for a place to put your head down for a night but definitely not going to be a luxury hotel.

Nice room. Constant air noise kept traffic noise to zero. Comfortable beds. Pillows all soft, but I stacked them. Marriott points gave us free breakfast. It comes in a bag but is decent: choice of hot item, yogurt, fruit, granola bar, juice, and muffin. Nice staff. Very friendly. Location is close to Guildford Mall, but not walking friendly. Just sidewalks with rushing traffic. Saw a suite - very nice for a family.

I am leaving a review on behalf of my boss, CEO, and President of Bentley & co.He had a reservation starting from Sunday, February 19th until Wednesday, February 22nd. The day before his check-in, he received an email indicating the following;We will be refreshing and redesigning select areas of our hotel now through 12/26. We can't wait to reveal our new look as well as our restaurant remains closed until further notice.This is very disappointing as NOWHERE DOES IT INDICATE THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE before BOOKING.If I would have known ahead of time, that these renovations were being done I would have never booked him at this hotel.Luckily, I was able to switch to another hotel for the rest of his stay.He will never return to this hotel ever again and it is a shame that this hotel is part of the Marriott chain.Horrible experience ever!DO NOT STAY HERE

I attended a conference a few days back.It was a nice experience.I didn't stay there or used any of the services so can't comment on it.But if u are planning to visit the hotel for any reason and have to park your vehicle you must carry a credit card which will charge you $9 appx for parking.I hope this helps.Thanks

The mattress was simply worn out which in my view inexcusable as my primary goal is a place to sleep. Staff were nice, the room was large if a bit worn in all places. Location is good but not worth the price.

WoW, couldn’t sleep with the kids running up and down the hall yelling and I called down and they did nothing. Then I go use the pull out couch and there’s no bedding. I go to the front and he acts like he doesn’t know what sheets or blankets are used for a bed….. ends up giving me. Flat sheet, blanket and a pillow case. Then had to wait for a pillow. Then I get back to the room and realize there no fitted sheet. He even stops me after giving me bedding to tell me I have to let them know in advance if we need bedding for the pull out couch. NEVER, at any other hotel. Anytime I have ever pull out a couch there is bedding already placed.Even with it being under construction and not having the restaurant up and running they are still not making the experience a reasonable place to stay.I’m very disappointed. We are Marriott gold members. This was a terrible way to spend the weekend. No rest and staff making excuses for not being prepared.All in all, the worst hotel experience.

The staff was kind friendly and always available... rooms were immaculate and location wasn't far from anything !
