Place went under and didn't inform us. They traded out my old machine a year ago with a promise to cancel the lease. I discovered we were still paying the old lease and they didn't return the copier. They kept promising to take care of it. I fought for a year to have this rectified but to no avail. They took my old machine and now I'm stuck paying for a lease for a machine I don't even have plus the lease for the new machine. Thank goodness the leasing company was kind enough to cancel the remainder of the lease, but I'm out a year's payments. Very poor service throughout the year. They changed company names several times over the past few years and apparently did the same thing to many other small non-profit companies. They talk sweet but are as crooked as they come.

Watch out. Place sold me a new machine and didn't pay out my old lease. Total scam. Has my old machine and I'm still paying for it. Now I have a new machine with no service. Avoid at all cost!!!
