Laddi's Beauty Parlour

This has been my go to place for all beauty services and services are great. Staff is courteous and knows the work. They make you feel comfortable and keep checking on your comfort level as the services are being performed. The Owner, Laddi is a delight and is always taking good care of the customers. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible serviceNot sure how they have this much ratings. Have been getting my eyebrows done for 15 years but it never pained this much before.Zero service, no greetings or professionalism.Will never recommend them.

The staff is friendly and professional, and they pay great attention to detail. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for years, and I'm always impressed with the precision and skill of the technicians.

As a first timer in Canada I was unsure about the salon but trusted this place with the instinct and it didn’t go wrong . Hair cut and threading by Rimple (sorry if I have misspelled) was awesome. She did what I asked for. Very welcoming and friendly environment.

I was here on Saturday may 6, me and a friend got waxing done close to 30 mins to closing time. The people that serviced us doesn’t seem to know how to wax properly. I was burned and bleeding. And her excuse was that I was pregnant and my skin is sensitive. I’ve gotten waxed many times being pregnant and and never bled. Obviously your ripped my skin off and on top of that there is still patches of hair. They rush you, in and out like a chop shop. I don’t understand the rush when it’s close to closing time. You think your gonna get another threading or wax in the next 5-10 mins when the shop is going to close. I get it may be commission base but if you butcher people to get quantity over quality, people are not going to return. I will never be going back

The salon used top-of-the-line products that lasted throughout the day and night. The entire experience was stress-free, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel special on my big day.

The salon is higher recommendable. They are always welcoming and do their work with so much dedication. I got my eyebrows done. They look so good .

I recently had a wonderful experience. The staff are highly skilled and knowledgeable in brow shaping and grooming. My eyebrows have never looked better! I highly recommend Laddi Beauty Parlor to anyone who is looking for professional and top class eyebrow services.

I've been a customer since Laddi's opened over 20 yrs ago. This afternoon while I was there for hair colouring services, an irate customer caused quite the scene about the salon's service set up (you walk in and wait your turn for service with the next available professional, or you wait until the person you want to see is available). Boy oh boy was it a scene she caused and completely disrupted the experice of all other clients. The ladies at the salon handled themselves in the most professional manner and I applaud them for their professionalism - and of course the services provided!Keep up the great services!

I came here after a long time and I was very disappointed in their service.1) My face was a bit oily and usually salons will use a talc/baby powder to absorb the oil so my face is drier for the wax. The lady took a tissue paper and started aggressively rubbing my face to remove the oiliness off my face. This left my face feeling irritated as I have sensitive skin. 2) When using the wax on my face the lady never tested the temperature before to see if it was too hot, or even rotate the wax on the stick to cool it down. It was scooped form the wax and put on my face and the temperature was much hotter than usual. She then aggressively ripped it off my face. My face was left red and so many pimples after this face wax. 3) She was dipping the same stick back into the common wax jar when u are supposed to dispose it and use a new one each time u are using the wax. Who knows how much cross contamination happened. I used to come to laddis regularly and now their services has declined so much. I was so disappointed with the service
