We have been working with Hanlyn Property management for a couple years now as their Locksmith and it has been a pleasure working with all of their in house staff. Customer Service and Communication has been great and we look forward to a continued long-term relationship with them in the future.

Little bit late on this, but I had my first rental experience with Hanlyn and I have to say it was probably the best experience I've had. Dave and the team were very kind and patient, answering all of my questions as a first time renter. I would definitely rent with them again!

Just received keys to my new rental unit. Experience so far has been smooth and convenient, from viewing to application to signing. Lisa M was a great help getting me all the info I needed, and the online portal set-up for payments and maintenance requests seems user-friendly and convenient. Grateful that this property manager is pet-friendly and seems to vet their tenants well for best fit, I’m looking forward to getting moved into my new home and enjoying all amenities included! So far so good!

Overall excellent company. Owner Dave is friendly and understanding. Great staff as well. If any issues arise for tenants Hanlyn handles them very well. I once had a pest issue (i saw a cockroach that came in somehow and absolutely panicked as I’d never dealt with them before) and called him off hours just about in tears- and it was dealt with swiftly and immediately. I have been renting from Hanlyn for like, 4? years now and am very happy with them :)

Me and my wife applied for a lease with Hanlyn and everyone in the process was very nice. They accepeted a few alternative informations different from the normal form, this make the process more human and less robotic, completely different that you find in other property companies.

So this is a bit of a different review. I up until recently worked with the Hanlyn group team, and found my experience with them to be fantastic. The only reason I left was for an opportunity closer to home. The one thing I noticed in my time with Hanlyn was that it was like a family experience. Not just with the team but it also extended to their tenants. With property management you are ultimately there to cater to the owners of the properties but that wasn’t always the case. The tenants needs and happiness rate high on their priority list. They work hard to service their properties and if you end up being selected to be one of their tenants you won’t regret it. They have a diverse list of properties and I am sure there will be more to come. These guys are the real deal, and they are certainly on track to being the top property management company in Hamilton. Thanks for the opportunity guys and keep up the good work!

Dave and his team have been managing my properties for over four years. The process is seamless. They are very professional and have been great to deal with. They have assisted me with finding excellent long-term tenants. They take care of any maintenance issues that come up. They’re also proactive and inspect properties regularly so that minor issues don’t become major problems. I would highly recommend hiring Hanlyn Property Management to manage your properties.
