Love this location. The staff in general are always attentive and happy to help when I come in. Ann in particular, time and time again goes above and beyond helping me to pair what I’m buying with what I’m feeling like. Very informative and creative.

A+ service. Incredibly helpful staff (Monday August 17th, 2020 at 11:50 AM).I felt safe and protected by all the precautions they have in place during the pandemic.The wonderful young lady in the store pointed me to the available hand sanitizer area to use at my own discretion. She also helped me pick out a suitable pinot grigio (which I was not particularly familiar with) for a friend.She also asked if I preferred it chilled since I was on my way to meet the gift recipient.She kept her distance and was a mask. 100% would recommend this location.

Due to holiday closures sometimes these folks may be your only option for wine. If you enjoy wines from Ontario and local blends you'll love shopping here. They also stock some very interesting ciders you may enjoy. They are known to stock drinks you cam not get at the LCBO so you have another reason to check out their inventory. The staff at this location are super duper friendly and helpful so my guess is, the shop owner is an excellent human.

I just have to say the customer service here is fantastic every time! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable which keeps me coming back. They are also dog friendly which I love! Canadian wines aren't typically my first choice but we have found a few favourites in the reserve section! I love having such a warm and welcoming in the neighbourhood.

The service here is awesome. Everyone who works here knows everything about there products and always offer you a sample. They got me drinking ciders and wines That I never would have touched otherwise. In fact those suggestions are now my favourites.
