Your company was referred to us by one of your customers, who is a friend of ours. From the start Lionel Arture, expert-conseil was very prompt and provided excellent guidance. The installer Damien arrived earlier than scheduled and had all the tools and information to complete a clean installation. Just switched over from Bell Smart Home (as a result of recommendations from neighbors) so I do not have a lot of personal experience with Alarmex Inc ..... HOWEVER the installation experience was 5 stars. The technician was clearly competent, answered all my questions, was courteous, and then provided a thorough walk through of how the system worked.
