I was there with family to have mothers day brunch. My brother was not feeling well (partied a little to hard the night before) and was did not eat and only came to spend time with our mom. He only had three glasses of water. I snuck away to pay the bill and was charged for him as well. Once I realized, I spoke to our server about it, and she brought over the manager. After explaining how he didn't eat and only drank 3 glasses of water, I was told that because we expected him to eat

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary by having dinner at the Courtyard Restaurant. Mmmmm.... prime rib buffet! I wish I knew the name of our table attendant. She was absolutely fantastic! If you have the opportunity to eat there, we highly recommend the Friday night prime rib buffet. There is something for everyone including the kiddies. If you are into house plants this location will blow you away.

Fantastic stay ! We recently stayed while mom was in hospital for surgery. The hotel and staff are amazing, one of the cleanest hotels I have ever seen. The restaurant and pub on site were great, good food and service. Highly recommend.

After reading the rave reviews I was excited to spend our hockey provincial weekend at the Westlock Inn. Don’t let the reviews sway you; it’s not a ‘hidden gem’, the hotel and all its amenities are extremely dated, the food was mediocre at best and the customer service was a challenge. I could go on and on picking apart the three night/four day stay but I’ll spare you the details. Stay down the road at the Ramada, you’ll thank me later.

Rooms were clean food was good. Nowhere to do laundry? Ramada has a washer and dryer. Every hotel I've stayed in has a washer and dryer....

The customer service here is absolutely outstanding. While we've stayed at hotels in westlock before we have always passed up the Inn due to the price. On this one particular night though all the standard rooms at the other hotels were booked and upon calling the front desk to find out pricing we were simply ushered to come in and she'd help us out. Indeed that she did. The price was comparable to the other hotels and had there been an upgrade available or a cheaper option she would have put us in it. As it was she did everything in her power to make our night the best it could be even just helping with little things like extra tea and pop. We received 2 vouchers for a full service hot breakfast and retired to a mildly outdated (not by much) yet clean and comfortable room with a view of the gorgeous atrium and saltwater pool. Hats off to Helena and her generous heart!

Unhidden Gem! I usually don’t think of The Inn, but I was looking for a place on Valentine’s Day that was open later. I had salmon, my Bride had tilapia. We both really enjoyed our food. Will be back!

Came here for Mother's day brunch. A delightful day. The food was great! A nice selection to choose from. My favourite was the salad bar. Service was great! Was super busy but didn't feel rushed to get out to serve other patrons. First time there and will go again to try their regular buffets they have on the weekends.
