I bought 3 appliances, after troubles with the fridge they came twice for that fridge and they finally trade for a better one no extra charge. After 2 months they came for an other of the appliance in the same day that I called them.I know that I bought second hand appliances and that can happen.

This company is a nightmare. Paid $50 fee for them to come and open up my whole washer appliance and then say they would need to order a pump which would take 3 months to arrive. They then left my laundry system completely opened and disconnected. I kept begging them to at least come back and close it. I phoned countless times and they started ignoring my calls. I then went in person multiple times and begged them to close it and they kept stalling. Upon having another company come to look at our system I was told that a part of our unit was missing and we realized your repair people had stolen it. I came back to ask for it many times but you would not give it to me. I have spent over 1 month waiting for my laundry to be fixed. Finally got a decent company to come fix it next week. All in one appliance is a total scam. No professionalism. No skill. No efficiency. No urgency. I wish I could rate this experience as -10 stars.

Very bad service.. don't call them.. total waste of time & money.

Terrible service ! We got a fridge from here and it didn't work. All of our food went bad and we called them for days to come and fix it and by then all my food was bad and they couldn't speak English and when we tried talking to them they walked away

I do not recommend these guys to anyone . We called them to fix our fridge they charge us 460 dollars cash and didn’t gave receipt and took 5 mins to fix and said it’s fixed which never got fixed and left . We kept calling them after even went to the location but no one came back for the service. Worst service and they just con people . Never go to this shop .

If possible I could have given them negative. Worst service. I would request not to reach them for any service. I called them to repair my washing machine and they changed it's part and now it has stopped working. I am calling them continuously and now they are not picking up the call.

I called them for an old dryer that stopped working. They came the next day and fixed it quickly.

Bought a used washing machine here recently (for a lot cheaper then Best Buy clearance section) They tested it and cleaned it before pick up, so far it works fine and they knocked 20$ off the floor price because we picked it up ourselves , just remember buying used appliances Is like buying a used car , There’s no guarantee it will run like new or there won’t be problems later on , they offer a 3 month warranty here but looking at reviews , I’m skeptical how faithful they will be to that. I’ve only been here once but They were kind and friendly to me .

Do not recommend this to anyone- they take $50 service charge to come inspect your appliance and never show up afterwards. They dont answer your calls either. Poor customer service!
