I have taken a series of four classes with Cornelia in person as well as a separate zoom workshop. She is a very gentle, compassionate and supportive instructor. Cornelia has such profound wisdom and knowledge. She has a gift of sharing that wisdom in such a way that allows for our own self discovery - gently questioning and allowing space for one to discover their own truth. I have the benefit of having Cornelia as my Eden Energy Class Instructor for the year. Her wealth of knowledge and experience present the curriculum in a manner that far exceeded my expectations. Each time we meet as a group, I come home with new healing tools from the EEM course work. Equally important, I receive new self discoveries as she patiently guides and supports us in our personal journey, teaching us how our challenges relate to the tools we are learning to further support personal growth and healing.

Cornelia is the most wise, warm and wonderful teacher. She has such a deep wealth of knowledge and wisdom from many aspects of her past one can learn from, from the cosmic understanding, life traumas and down to something so practical such as core work to help the pain! I have taken classes on energy healing and it has been a life-changing experience for me. Transformative is an understatement.

I have taken Cornelia’s Mindful Dreaming course and can say that she not only holds a beautiful soft yet firm respectful space for sharing, she does so with grace and ease. She has the ability to bring clients to insight and understanding with deep listening and wise counsel. Her training as an energy practitioner combined with her Mindful Dreaming training make her uniquely equipped to facilitate a deep experience for participants. I will be back. I can’t imagine not having this wonderful support in my life.

Cornelia is a wonderful teacher and mentor who comes with an extensive knowledge of EEM. She teaches her EEM classes in a way that makes the content easy to learn and provides plenty of time to practice the protocols and integrate the information. Her loving, fluid and gentle spirit create a safe and calm atmosphere where students are encouraged to learn and grow.
