Clean and friendly residential appartments for seniors. Breakfast, lunch and dinner served in a nice dining room. Manager Lori very friendly and helpful.

I was a cleaner for McKellar place and absolutely loved working here. Lori is an amazing boss and the staff are friendly and considerate and respectful of everyone. The clients I cleaned for are so lovely and kind that I looked forward to seeing each of them everyday.I thank them for the opportunity of including me into their homes.

The noise coming from the a/c and furnace unit on the roof are unbearable! So much so that we have considered selling our beautiful home so we can enjoy sleeping once again.

This building is great at times and at times it is very much unhelpful. It's difficult at times as the owners of the building have instructed that they do not want any of their information to be put out there making things difficult. Are some residents who cannot enjoy sitting outside because of one 6th floor client smokes at the front door spoken to still does what she wants to do no longer addressed only when caught by stafft. It isn't an assisted living building. Mostly it is just a seniors apartment building. Confusing hearing many different things. Lori is extremely polite and respectful. Very difficult though as when speaking to her often other staff or people in the building will just walk in. It's frustrating. The food is great and kitchen manager does her best to make healthy meals for the people in the building. Very much in the building are clicked up tenants as well as each one has a hiarchy. Within the building there seems is others that bully and tenants within the building who swear insult and hurt within the building. Other tenants within the building are very nice and genuine are great to be around with.. Is disrespect between some tenants feeling of upheaval. Find mostly feel of total upset if are not one of those clique and don't fit in can be hard and lonely and difficult. The building manager is knowledgeable and does what she can. The staff are great but with such growing unrest bullying insulting others swearing at tenants being continual it isnt a the best environment. Not expected in a seniors building caught by surprise. Housekeeping staff are the best and helpful and really personable. It has secured entrances but no on site security in the building during nights and weekends.Update: residents get bullied by some is not really addressed much. The residents in the building are very very devided and no longer a relaxing place.
