Foam N' More

Went there today to buy some foam. I checked to see if they had my foam in stock, which it was supposed to be. Sales associate said it would be about 1 to 1.5 hours before it would be ready. Which was fine with me. 2 hours later I went to check on my order and it is still not ready and now they don't know when it will be ready just some time today they will text me. I needed the foam for a time sensitive project and now on am stuck waiting until whenever.

I ordered a custom made round bed and I am so in love with it. Their customer service was great and it got here faster than expected!

We were so happy with the custom cushion they made for us to go under my office window! My husband built the bench underneath the window and we knew we’d have to get a custom cushion made. I looked all over online until I accidentally stumbled upon this local foam shop. We’re so happy that we did! The cushion turned out beautiful!

This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! Not only did the job take 2mos longer than it was supposed to , I had to deal with incompetent unapologetic people at every step of the process . Im not sure if their measurements were wrong or the person who wrote the quote made a mistake but I had to provide 4yards of additional fabric just to complete my job . I finally picked up my chairs yesterday and this is what I get , your job is done but we cant find your leftover material.. but if we do will call you .. but here's what you owe us .. NO ,apology ! NO, is there anything we can do to make this right ! NO , We value your business .. JUST here's what you owe us .. THE worst !

Foam N' More created two wedge back cushions for me for a daybed. I was thrilled to have found a place that would make covers using my fabric of choice, because I had something very specific in mind. I was able to ship the fabric to them and within a few weeks I got back beautiful cushions. They did a great job with the removable covers, they fit perfectly.

I dropped off my chairs over 60 days ago. I was promised a 30 day turnaround. I called to inquire after 45 days and was asked to wait 2 more weeks I called after 60 days to inquire again and was asked to wait another 2/ 3 weeks. ITS BEEN OVER 60.DAYS .. I then ask for a manager to see if there was anything that could be done for my inconvenience and was met with an emphatic NO and was told I would just have to wait until the job is done. I expressed that the chairs that I'm waiting on were necessary for my business and I asked again was there anyway to speed up the process , and again was met with no empathy.

Excellent product & great customer service! Product was delivered within days, and I was greatly impressed with the quality & symmetry of the massive convoluted foam sheets. Seamlessly went up in my home studio with no surprises! Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this business. I started out buying simple foam pieces for sale’s display kits and moved to lining a crate for an expensive piece of medical capital equipment. The customer service is second to none and their team behind the scene goes above and beyond with the most difficult of tasks.

Michelle N was great, but follow-thru on time to complete and shipping was not.Also, big fail in that they did not add the template to the return shipment to the finisher was unacceptable. Michelle had even noted in BOLD print to include the template.Then the foam was cut a bit off. And we did not have the template to compare.Wont use or recommend again

I made two purchases of their 2.3 pound foam in 1/4, 1/2, 1 and 2. I wanted to make ammo cans to carry magazines. Even with the shipping costs doubling product cost I made 5 custom cans for the price of 2 inserts on line and have much left over for future use. Fast shipping and exactly the product I wanted!"
