Canada Post

Canada Post doesn’t deliver.The post office hours are 8:30 to 4:30.You work for a living.How the HELL are you supposed to get your mail?!?!?This is the most absurd situation I’ve ever seen!There should be a separate open entrance to the mail boxes!

Terrible service and bold faced lies from one lady behind the counter in particular. Someone mail her a different attitude but with Canada posts standards I doute it would be delivered.

One clerk who is always very short and often rude. Makes you feel like you are a inconvenience. Hours for picking up mail do not work with someone who works full time day hours. Need to make a way to access our mail after hours or at least on Saturday.

Very helpful staff, friendly and warm. Lovely small town feeling, like they really care. Wish I lived in this area. I’d love it if this was my regular post office! Thanks so much for excellent service, and with big smiles!

If I could give -5 stars I would. My mom ordered a a package off of amazon and it was delivered to the post office and they put it in the wrong box. The p.o box number was on it and everything! How the hell can you manage to screw that up when the bloody p.o box number is on it! My mom went in and asked about it and the lady there was absolutely ignorant and told my mom Well we were having a we're not perfect day

I was scared to go here because of the bad reviews. But I have gone in twice now and Pam has been very helpful and friendly. So if you go here and need anything, look for Pam.

The best post office in the entire world!A little over-the-top, well.... maybe. But the in-store staff are the kindest people and the deliver driver who brings us our daily mail is great. I really appreciate their hard work.

These ladies are always so very helpful, the transactions are quick and easy, this is my preferred post office to send out going mail from.

I wish I could leave negative stars!!!Every time I go in there they are ignorant and don't have the time of day to help you out. Canada Post needs to hire people that actually want to be there and enjoy their job. A smile, friendliness and good customer service go a long way........ the delivery drivers are awesome though!!I've worked many customer service jobs in my lifetime, and if I ever treated my customers the way these workers do, then I'd have been fired on the spot!!!They've installed a new bank of community mailboxes in Shrewsbury and weeks after, I still don't have a key. I've talked to the toll-free customer service number and they're telling me my key should be there. The local reps are telling me no. Their boss is telling me yes ........ but nobody knows what the right hand is telling the left hand!!!!

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Many issues with this post office. Said my package was there on the 20th, went there the 22nd and nothing was there. Thanks Blenhiem post office for ruining someone’s Christmas gift.
