Wish I could leave a better review, especially since I was going to be a returning customer, but I had a bad experience. Their holiday hours weren’t reflected on google, so when I went in on dec 27, an older guy told me to leave quite rudely. Not only was my time wasted, I was treated with little respect. I’ll take my business elsewhere.Edit: thanks for responding, but my review was truthful, and not just some accusation. If your staff wasn’t on site on dec 27, then check your security systems, because an older Eastern European man was backing his black f-150 out of your shop when I drove around to the back, and he was the guy who gave me attitude.

As a young lady, I have had previous experiences in tire shops where I felt taken adventure of for being a woman and having little knowledge in vehicles. I called & got a same day appointment along with a great price, wonderful! When I got to the shop, the staff informed me that I didnt actually need new tires as the ones I have on are all good and dont need replacement at this time. They were very honest! It was more than appreciated & heartwarming to know there are shops in town that have honest staff and not looking to take advantage of customers, especially as a young lady. I will absolutely be back when my veichle is due for new tires! Thank you again for such a lovely interaction.

We absolutelyLOVE Holly Molly Tire. It's been there at least 30 years. Great bunch of guys. Great service. Great selection of tires and great prices on tires. I just had a tire repair day the other day. I think it was 40 bucks including taxes and I was in and out in like 15 minutes because the tire had a big bolt stuck through the tread. We've been buying tires from Holly Molly Tire for God, I don't know maybe 20 years and the tires they sell are all excellent quality. We've been primarily buying new tires from them for a long time. I think they sell some used tires but mostly I see new tires there in stock. And like I say if you phone ahead and make an appointment it's easier, for a quick in and out. Especially for getting a winter tires on and off, having tires repaired, or if you are buying new tires. We have a lot of vehicles so we use a lot of tires because we just wear them out over traveling many thousands of miles, between B.C. and Edmonton regularly. I purchased the Snow Leopard Tires and have driven through many blizzards on my trips to southern B.C., sometimes monthly. These tires have superior adhesion in very Icy conditions on Highway 2, and very DEEP Snow crossing the highest pass in B.C, the Kootenay Pass in January/Feb.These guys don't try to fool around with trying to to Up-sell" you products that you don't need. They're just there to sell your tires. Get them on. Get them off whatever you need. Holly Molly is THE place for tires 100%. Just great Tires

Okay when it comes to the car...don't mess around with the things that keep you and yours and the well being of others safe/alive! I had to get my all season tires taken off the rims and my new winter tires put on the rims then on the car and balanced.When I called to see if I could get in that same dayi was told yes. When I got there I was directed right into the bay and my tires were done within 20 minutes. Sat in the lobby with Leon and Gemma watched a bit of a movie. $100 very small price for a peace of mind. The guys there very sweet.

Just met Edward and company today and would highly recommend this shop! Definitely the fastest winter tire change over I have ever experienced.
