great service, even called me when I locked my unit wrong. Nothing was missing, stated they constantly walk it and double check locks.

I had a storage unit here for many years. I've dealt with the old owners and the new one.. the current owner is awesome and an absolute joy to deal with! Units are secure and clean and an affordable price..

The units and property are well maintained, clean and secure. Owner is friendly and always there if I need anything. Would definitely reccomend!

This storage is awesome. Dave is great. Great access hrs. I had a couple of issues and Dave was extremely understanding. I would use this storage again whether in sarnia, chatham or Wallaceburg. Love it

I rented 2 units from Kimball Mini Storage while I was in transit moving from Kincardine to Wallaceburg. Dave the owner went out of his way to accommodate me. For example I needed to store some live tropical plants but being it was still frosty at night Dave went out of his way and arranged to store my plants indoors at his father-in-law's business at no cost. Another time I needed a unit quickly and Dave was out of town but he arranged to have a unit left open for me with the contact in the unit. I was able to access to the unit at my convenience, sign the contact that was left in the unit and attach a cheque which I dropped off in the lock box at the onsite office. Dave really knows what exceptional customer service means and goes way out of his way to meet your needs at a reasonable price. I should mention that I noticed that Mini Storage goes over and above to make sure all rental units and contents are protected from rodents by having a pest control company supplying bait traps on the exterior of the units. You can also sleep in peace knowing your belongings are safe in the gated compound which is monitored. There is a new weld shop in this block called Nu-bin fab. They repair bins. Like Garbage bin,s. Large or small. Very friendly staff.

The owner is very responsive to my texts. The units are clean and dry.Great place to deal with.

Cant say enough how great the new owners have been.. Very understanding and will do anything for their customers.. I have had a unit there for a while now and never have had any issues.. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit
