Avoid this company like the plague!! Spent countless hours on the phone with tech support, multiple techs dispatched to the house, modem replaced multiple times. Absolutely horrendous service and support. I worked in tech support over the phone for 16 years and this company has by far the worst tech support I have ever experienced and I am sympathetic to call center agents. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! not a coincidence they had to change their name from Xplorenet to Xplore!

How I feel about explore.What is the main reason for why you feel that way?Technician professional and competentThank you for taking your time to provide us with your feedback. What could we have done to further improve your experience with us?My service has ishues for sometime than I had a date booked to come fix it but fires broke out they couldn't come but promise to do all they can to keep my service going. And come when safe to do so. I live far off grid lala land and yes they did arrive when said andabsolutely excellent service and staff! Like I said before I live off grid in rural area and Starlink will never beat explore!! 6 years counting with explore more happier than ever! Can I go lower than one star. Having great customer service doesn't fix the horrible internet connection and speeds. Star-Link is now offered in southern Ontario for those who want good rural internet.

Satellite internet is my only option to keep my business alive. I called regarding an issue. Was told it could be smoke" from wild fires...and be patient. I had to call back a few times to demand a technician come by and examine my set-up. Finally

Called technical support yesterday and was immediately connected with an agent that was super helpful and clearly not based in some overseas call center.They are clearly making an effort to satisfy their customers which seems to be more and more rare with service providers these days. Impressive.

I have been with Xplore ever since we changed from dial up, which was a long time ago.Over the years we experienced a few speed bumps along the way with regards to reception and inefficient speeds. But all in all I am quite satisfied with the service we are getting, and for the most part it is consistent and reliable. Tech support both on phone and in person is very satisfactory, and it is nice to be able to speak to a human being to solve a problem or question.

Woke up to no internet after a storm and a tech tried to solve the problem over the phone, without success. Technician came to the house and all indicators were there was internet, hut there was none. Not your routine or usual problem I guess, but the Technition was able to identify and correct the problem within a short time. Very happy with Explore!

The agent was very pleasant which is rare to encounter these days. Nice to have been heard. I appreciate that my issue was resolved as opposed to dismissed. Wish other companies could have the same approach. Great customer service!

We are quite happy with our internet out here at our RV park. We have heard that internet is bad to non existing from other glampers here. For some reason I don't see any other Xplore dishes around. They need to change their provider, I guess. No complaints with Xplore

From day one, I knew this was a company who stood above the rest. Everyone I have dealt with has been conciencious and have gone over and above. The young woman I recently spoke with was kind, friendly, knew what I was requesting and got me what I needed. I can say the same for every single person I have spoken to in this company. I have always appreciated Xplore service and the caring nature of the staff. To Xplore, I am not a number. I have and will continue to recommend Xplore.Deb J
