Submitted my files over a month ago and have called twice a week each time I was asked to take a message and that I would be called back. This is week three and I’m sure you know by the rating that the story doesn’t end well… I just called and was told that the woman assigned to my taxes Francine is “too busy to check online applications”… would’ve been nice to know this 3 weeks ago. I would’ve been able to go somewhere or file them myself.

They should seriously advertise their price in advance instead of surprising customers with their bill. I was recommended this place saying it costed around 50-60$ to have my tax done. I ended having to pay 205$. My first and last time at H&R Block.

We went first time and waited more than 2 hours and then they told us to come tomorow at 2:00 pm and we dont wait , so we came at 1:30 second day and waited 3 hours , so we decide to leave and dont go there anymore so if u dont know someone there don't go because they serve people they know before you

Really good people working here. I moved to Canada recently and it was my first time doing my taxes so I was very stressed.I was served by Diane who spoke only a little English but with a little help from the young guy at the front desk who translated for us they really helped me out a lot and made the process very easy!I had been turned away by other accountants who said it was too complicated to do my taxes but for these guys it was no problem.Highly recommend these guys! Especially Diane!

Unless you're a tax expert,don't try the online filing. Things change from year to year.Go to a walk in office. They are professional and courteous. Been using them for years now. Refund maximized.Worry free.

Took an appointment they booked 3 other people at the same time over an hour wait. They said I could leave my papers and they'll call me when they're ready. Had to go back the next day for them to tell me it'll be ready in 2 weeks.

I've been to this location twice and both times i took an appointment and waited an hour after my appointment time. The receptionist let her friend in before two people who had appointments. I only came here because its close to my house but i will not be back and i wont be recommending for anyone i know to come here. They seriously need to work on time managment. its unacceptable.
