It's really frustrating trying to get the correct knife order from them. 7 months at this point and not one order has been all the way correct. The knives they do provide are good quality though.

Cozzini knives are GARBAGE!!!Brand new knife blade edge dulls after half an hour of cutting green beans.. and that's after a honing steel was used twice in that 30 minutes.Heavy and uncomfortable; these knives are for the amateur who uses cooking knives like once a month at home.Cozzini does not belong in a professional environment.

Tried these knives out aty restaurant they were not to the level I needed so we decided to go with someone else and that would have been the end of the story. What is having me leave this review however is the sales person who is continually emailing me calling me a lair what kind of company thinks this is appropriate? Truthfully the knives are cheap steel unbalanced and dull nearly instantly they may be fine for some operations but not mine. If you live in southern Maine whatever company you use make sure it's not cozzini.

I work at a grocery store cutting fruit. Whenever we get a replacement of knives they are always dull. You have to do a better job of sharpening and honing.

Noted other complaints about drivers. What kind of company has drivers like this? Cozzini driver zooms into St. Mary’s Mexican Food in Tucson AZ at 4:15pm Sept. 22 scattering people out of the way and blocks both the entrance and exit with his truck. As people are waiting to leave/enter I ask him if he’s just going to block the entrance and exit and he replies “yep” and walks into the restaurant - which I thought had good COVID policies - without a mask. I plan to talk to restaurant management about their sharpening service supplier tomorrow.

Called them last minute open new stores they came right away. Best customer service and always helpful. Knives are sharp and on time would go anywhere else

They should get -5 starsThe worst service ever from the driver and customer serviceThey bought me broken RoboCop blade which is I can’t even use it and when I called to replace it they said you have to wait two weeks so I couldn’t work Without it so I bought a new one.Plus if you don’t watch the delivery switch your knives he’s not going to switch them and he’s going to leave you with the old knives which is crazySo you’re paying for no service basically

Owner ( Anthony's steak house) my souschef quit because he cut himself twice the knifes were so dull after using 1 day never use Cozzini. Avoid a possible lawsuit

Keep an eye on your personal knives at work. The drivers will steal them.Specifically the NY18 route.I had a personal knife that I bought from our old knife sharpening company. I had it clearly labeled, stored with the other knives in the meat department of the store I work at.They’re driver is on camera taking said knife so it wasn’t just misplaced.Reached out to the district manager about the situation the following morning, they said they’d replace the knife. It’s now been 2 weeks and no replacement or reimbursement.This comes after they were caught red handed stealing an entire set of knives from the old sharpening company when we switched months ago.My store switched to Cozzuni to save a buck and it’s blatantly clear that their price reflects their service.
