TPH The Printing House

I just needed to print four pages, but they didn't feel like it. They said I had to wait for 20 hours to get a piece of paper, lol. I'm never going back

Everything about TPH is absolutely incredible.I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the customer service and the staff here - they are always ready and happy to help.TPH always goes above and beyond for their clients - I am so grateful for that.They are also super quick to respond to any type of questions I have.I highly recommend TPH!

Takes forever for the guy to receive my emails and the minimum charge is $23 even when you only need to print 4 paper in black and white. And printing 4 pages of paper took him 30minutes. That is just ridiculous lol.UPDATE：Thanks for replying me Craig. The thing is not only the minimum charge，the thing is with that minimum charge of $23，printing 4 sheets of paper took me about half an hour. I'm not complaining about the charge，I'm complaining about with that charge，the service should be better and FASTER. I'm in a hurry this morning so I didn't want to walk to another place to print. I thought if paying some money could save my time then $23 is acceptable. HOWEVER，it took me about 30min just to print my 4 sheets of paper. The quality of the service does not match with the price. This is my point.

The team at TPH is literally the BEST! My company works with this team for all kinds of printed materials and they never miss delivering with care, quality, and speed. Had to have some items photocopied this morning and TPH seemed to be closest to where I was going.The 2-person team informed me they could not photocopy what I needed, plus there was a $22 minimum charge. Which I would have been ok with.They suggested I go to the library, which is the only helpful thing they did (which wasn’t even helpful). They had zero interest in giving me any other assistance. I felt like I was a nuisance to them and don’t think I’d ever go back.Instead I went to staples where I had an AMAZING Self service experience and it was very cheap. The staples was a 6 min walk (university ave close to town hall). I came here to comment because you’re better off going to staples.

Imagine a place that can take an idea you have and bring it to life by printing literally anything on any material. Well stop imaging because this place is TPH. From save-the-dates for my wedding to signboards for my band, Craig and his team at TPH have helped me create amazing graphics. They will make sure that they understand what your printing needs are and advise you accordingly. Their finished products are meticulously wrapped and I can tell they take pride in what they do. The only thing lacking is the belief that their turnaround time can be so quick! I'm not kidding. Even I myself can't understand how they get stuff done so quickly. Long story short, you wanna get stuff done, go to TPH.

TPH028 on Bay St are terrific! Amazing service from start to finish from TPH028 on Bay Street! Great listening and very helpful advice given. Extremely fast response and communication. I have been using this branch for about 6 years now for all my store printing needs. From menu designs, posters and graphic designs, the team here has always done their very best for me. Dealing with Lawrence and Craig is always a pleasure.

The staff and service at this TPH are amazing. They are so friendly, fast and efficient. They are super quick to respond and are always so helpful with my questions. They even helped me save money on a huge purchase by presenting me with a couple different options. Highly recommend :)
