We've used Carstar now for a couple years. We've had several vehicles in for thief damage and now have a vehicle going in for hail damage. We also just recently used the south location as well. They have always done a top notch job, usually completing the job before they originally mentioned and there customer service is always on point. We've always been extremally pleased with there service. We will continue to take all our vehicles to them. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience.

I hit a deer and my car was looking really bad. I wasn't sure what it would look like after the repairs. CARSTAR worked on the repairs and from day one they would update me on things. It was a really great experience as they were all very friendly and professional. This is my second time dealing with them and all I can say is you won't be disappointed if you are looking for professionals who will do a great job and take care of your vehicle.

Fantastic friendly service in every way and our truck looks amazing!!!!I'm editing my review to add that my new truck got banged into and once again, Carstar fixed it up to brand new and did all of the extras. I got my truck back clean and looking like a brand new vehicle again! Yet again, every step from start to finish was professional and brilliant!

I dealt with Lindsay and Brian after the theft/recovery of our truck! Brian was amazing to work with. He kept me updated every single step of the way. The entire business was super caring and helpful in getting our truck back to us in amazing time. I Will absolutely deal with these people in the future for any bodywork we need done!!! This business went above and beyond. During a very stressful time they made sure everything went as smooth as possible. The staff at the front desk were knowledgeable and very friendly. Exceptional Service! Friendly staff that are extremely knowledgeable in the services they offer! I have had the pleasure of working with them both as a customer and on a professional level, and I have never left their office disappointed. I especially loved that the interior of my car was detailed when it was only exterior repairs required.
