I took the plunge this year and moved over into a luxury brand. After months of debating, I went with my initial love which was the BMW X4. The car was ordered to my specifications and arrived 95% accurately. Given the current 2022 shortages, to have a slight color change in the stitching is a small price to pay. I still have all the features I wanted. I am totally in love with my SUV and with BMW!

Had a BMW X3 M40i in for a recall, they were good they kept updating me, updating me made it less stressful, nice touch. Autoone.ca loves BMW , so many choices. Alex Sly then sent me the invoice , pros.

O'regans gets a failing grade. Here is an update to my first review. After receiving a message from O'regans several weeks ago asking for additional information about my experience, I never heard from them again.Their lack of follow up says a lot. I can only assume they are far too busy or could care less about the poor service level their customers receive. My advise to anyone, find another dealership.I do not recommend BMW O'Regans and this why. I had a persistent problem with tire wear and a constant shaking/vibration over the four year warranty of my new car. Every visit I discussed my issue, some times at length about the problem. There were times that my car felt unsafe to drive at highway speeds. I was assured that an alignment, change of tires and changing out the run flats would fix the issue. 4 years of the same problem and 4 sets of tires later with no resolution. Finally after my car came off warranty, I took it to a German car specialist with hopes that they could fix the issue. I just picked my car up and low and behold the problem is gone. No shaking or vibration even at high speeds. The tech that looked at the car wasn't sure but thought that some adjustments had never been done do to no visible signs of adjustment wear. The tire angles were severely out. That would explain the excessive tire wear. Pretty basic stuff??? My question is why with all that state of the art equipment at O'Regans disposal could they not fix a pretty basic issue with my car? Great job O'Regans. Moncton BMW might be a better option.VERY UNHAPPY.

Dealerships can be intimidating but not this one! I bought my dream car here (A barely used 2019 Mini Cooper) and all the staff that I met were super friendly and helpful and made sure I understood everything before moving on, answering every question I had. Great experience for my first time buying from a dealership.

So far I've had a great experience with O'Regan's BMW Halifax. When I was shopping for my first BMW, I worked with two friendly, helpful, non-pushy salespeople who took the time to understand what I was looking for. I ended up going out-of-province to buy, just because they didn't have exactly what I wanted, but when I brought it in for its NS inspection, I was again pleased with the friendly professionalism of each or the individuals I interacted with. I look forward to having my new BMW serviced here.

Great buying experience. Salesperson was terrific, all personnel encountered were professional and well-hired!, good follow-up after purchase and, subsequent connections with O’Regans for a few different reasons (had car undercoated, got a flat tire a couple weeks after purchase and called from the road and got fab support from Kevin in Service! And, my previously-owned, low mileage 2017 X1 is a beauty. Thank you, O’Regans.

Ben and his team at service are wonderful. We had a safety concern with my mothers car, they got us in to have the car looked at very quick even though they were very busy. Thank you Ben!

I recently had my annual undercoat checkup on my vehicle, which coincidentally caused a warning light to trigger. I called BMW and immediately had an appointment booked. It was then,I had the pleasure to deal with Lori, a service advisor at Halifax BMW. After diagnostics we’re performed, Lori informed of the issue and, said they needed my vehicle for the next two days and, immediately arranged my transportation home. The required part was send by air, to limit my time without transportation and my vehicle was repaired in short order. I have been dealing with the O’Regans’s group since ‘06 with Chris at Lexus and now Lori at BMW. Thanks for a remarkable client experience!
