MINI Grand River

I would highly recommend MINI Grand River to anyone considering purchasing one of these fun, affordable vehicles. Our sales rep was Tristan and his knowledge of all models of the MINI brand was extensive. He carefully explained all the various components and allowed us to test drive each model so we could make the comparison ourselves. Tristan was diligent about follow-up conversations and worked hard to gain us the very best deal possible. Our experience at Grand River MINI was superb!

Walked in the mini section today and the sales guy was glued to his phone, didn't even look up at me or say anything and I was the only customer there and he was the only employee. I already own a mini and was just shopping for accessories, but there was no reason as to why you should not greet every customer and ask how you can help. I work in sales down the street and I would see this as unacceptable behaviour.

I recently purchased a Mini Convertible and although there were a couple of small issues with the car, the team pulled through to correct the issues in an efficient and professional manner. I have to give a shout out to Zohra, who made my purchasing experience a great one! We've bought many vehicles over the years and she is by far the best sales person we have worked with. Not only did she assist with a quick and easy transaction, she also did a fantastic job of coordinating the service that was required for the vehicle, and went above and beyond with having parts delivered to a nearby shop that was wrapping the vehicle. I'm truly impressed and wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.Thank you Grand River Mini/BMW team!

The staff at mini grand river have been amazing!!! We bought our first Mini Cooper countryman and it was an amazing experience! Tristian really made the whole experience exciting! We custom ordered our mini and had to wait 3 months for it to arrive. During that wait Tristan would keep us updated on a regular bases. Such a great experience!

Buying my Mini Countryman was made easy and fun at Mini Grand River. The salesteam were personable, knowledgable, honest, and flexible to work with. When I went to pick up the car it was shone up and sitting in the showroom like a masterpiece. I was given a 1 hour lesson on all the bells and whistles by their tech guy. I have been having fun and showing it off ever since. Great experience!

I recently had my Mini serviced here and the team was welcoming and kind! I brought my vehicle in on short notice to have a tail light assessed and fixed and was able to pick it up same day. A special thanks to Tanya and Jermain who kindly communicated my service updates with me through text.

BMW/MINI was very helpful in dealing with a major technical issue with my gas tank of my 2015 MINI Cooper. The gas tank needed to be replaced. The service team at BMW/MINI in Kitchener acted immediately, arranged an immediate drop-off, informed me about the details of the repair before moving forward, and I had my car back in no time.
