Ferrari of Ontario

Went yesterday morning to Auto Park Circle with the intention of getting exotic car photos for my young nephew. Had never entered a Ferrari dealer before. Asked the receptionist Mary if I could look around and take (cell phone) photos of the vehicles. Mary advised I was able to and the rules and offered me refreshments if I wanted, which I thought was very nice. Mary advised me after with extra information if I wanted to look the service garage area which was another great experience with the kind receptionist in the service waiting area. From a non owner's perspective my brief experience of Ferrari Maserati of Ontario turned out to be extremely positive and helpful. I liked how the staff treated me with respect and showcased equality. I didn't have the same type of experience the next building over. My nephew loved the photos of the Ferrari and Maserati. You made not only his day but my day as well. I hope to bring my nephew one day in the future to have him see these exotic vehicles in person. Thank you!

Just went in to see some cars, front desk person was very nice but the sales associates were not, they had attutide with us and we were being very respectful. They have a private collection upstairs of the owner of the dealership and they only let people up if they deem you are good enough for them.

I visited Ferrari during an open house weekend. I am not a client, and simply entered the showroom to see some exclusive vehicles. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and offered support. The dealership itself is kept in immaculate condition and was a great experience.

Very rude and extremely disrespectful inappropriate and incompetent part’s department in Vaughan Ontario!! Couldn’t answer a simple question- and further stated if he were to walk into a Victoria secret store would I be able to answer simple bra questions!!??Who says that??FERARI?? Wth!! Do better.Where Did I just call ? I’m disgusted and extremely humiliated by this pathetic excuse for a gentleman.Shame on you!You could have just said I’m sorry - I don’t know.FERARI - gain some class!

A great showroom. Very clean and professional looking. Some of the latest Ferraris are in the showroom. Great and friendly staff always happy to help.

Great buying experience! Nickolas Nardi was fantastic to work with, down to earth and no pressure. He stayed on top of the process and made it easy and informative. Nick - I love the car, can’t wait for spring to come!
