Still waiting for him to install a gate about 8 feet wide that we ordered 3 months ago. The guy doesn't return calls and if he gets a job bigger than what you've got prepare to be put on the backburner. I left 2 messages and calls were never returned. He occasionally responds to e-mails but just tells lies to get you to leave him alone. I would not recommend him to anyone, ever. Call Garys aluminum railing, theyre much more courteous than this Mike guy. I’d give this guy zero stars if it was an option.

Don’t waste your time with this place. Was told someone would call in a day or two to arrange a time to attend and write up a quote. That was over a month ago. Never heard from them. In hindsight I’m glad they showed their true colours. I could just imagine how long they would have taken to do the actual job.

Move on to a company that has the common decency to reply back to you. I left messages on his phone, left drawings with his staff last fall (2022) and again this spring. No reply. If you're too busy great, but a simple call back would have avoided this negative review...
