We had an excellent experience dealing with Wilson's Flooring. Everyone from the management, sales staff, office staff, estimator, and installers was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. It was a challenging installation but the installers did a perfect job and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Five stars!

Professional, quality flooring and installation.We had luxury vinyl installed in our basement. The price point was comparable to other stores we looked at, but the installation cost was lower, and the flooring options for luxury vinyl with a thick wear layer were more expansive than at other stores. The timeline was also quicker. We ordered and had our floors installed all within just over a month. Communication was good, and payment process was easy. We would use WIlson's Flooring again in the future.

We were more than pleased with all aspects of our flooring selection…from sales to installation and followup. We were treated respectfully and in a very timely fashion. In all, we had interaction with at least 7 persons on the Wilson team and all had a delightful mix of professionalism and an easy going “How can I best help you?” mannerism. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

So glad I stumbled upon Wilsons. The customer service is exceptional, and they have a great selection of flooring. I truly appreciated how helpful honest, and kind they were. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Our carpet on the stairs looks even better than we imagined. We will be reaching out for more flooring in the near future. Highly recommend!

I called this location to inquire about having someone come to my house to do an estimate and was told I needed to come in first. I was surprised because I thought they would come and see the job first but I was assured that this was better. So I continued to ask about if they could lay a subfloor as well if needed and then she asked what was being removed. So I had a couple of other questions. Which she answered. But then she said once you pick your new flooring they would then come out to my house ‘to see if it was a job they wanted to do’. So I asked why I would come to the retail location and pick a product if they weren’t even sure they could/would do my job. She said if it was worth it. So I thanked her as she just saved me from wasting my time going in there. Good riddance.

We had four different companies quote our very detailed staircase job. We are so incredibly happy we went with Wilson's. Our carpet is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the installation...but above all, the professional, knowledgeable and friendly service we received is what impressed us the most. Unbelievable how great they were to us.They replace an old job from someone else and then had a few issues with new floor and they replaced it at no charge after almost 2 years.Our new floor still looks new and no more problems. They in my opinion went above and beyond any expectations we had for any company these days.
