Meeta and their team worked very hard to ensure our project met our deadlines. In fact, they went out of their way to help us. The installation was done very well and our kitchen looks amazing. Very competitive pricing as well!

was referred to planet o granite by Ottawa refacing to do the counter top for my master bathroom vanity refacing job. From the start, the communication and service was excellent. I wasn't sure how to go about all this, and Meeta was excellent at advising me. She made me very comfortable with the process. I chose a couple samples I liked before I met Meeta (she wasn't in yet, one of her employees showed me the samples - very helpful), and when Meeta saw which one was my favourite, she called me to tell me she had a very similar offcut that I should see for a significant saving. I went with that one and saved a heap of money,. I love my countertop, and will include a picture after the plumber installs the sink tomorrow :). I am extremely happy with Meeta and the lovely guys who measured and installed the counter. it is perfect!

Planet Granite did a great job for us. The sales dept. was very helpful and did not pressure us to buy in any way. Their pricing was competitive and they had a wide selection of products to choose from. Their installer was courteous, professional and did a great job to ensure the seam was barely visible.

Planet Granite & Quartz just finished installing a granite kitchen countertop and backsplash. It turned out beautiful with no seems in the backsplash!We have had more jobs done by them oer the past 10 years and have always been really happy with their product, workmanship and timing. My wife and I have just organized for our first high end countertop. We had contacted Planet Granite and met with Meeta who helped us choose an appropriate color of quartz, for our new kitchen renovation. Theirinstaller, Ray, came and took measurements, then with Meeta's patience we changed the size of the island a couple of times and now have a lovelyquartz countertop. Ray did an amazing job of the installation and especially making the joint in the material almost impossible to see.Thank you to all the staff at Planet Granite and especially Ray and Meeta.

Meeta is a bubbly and congenial salesperson, such a nice person who made the buying experience a pleasure. In addition, her installation team were very friendly and professional. The quality of the new quartz kitchen slab is truly beautiful. The guys were even able to remove the old granite slab without cracking it and leave it in my garage for re-sale. Great work Rae! One minor thing is that we were not completely happy with the colour of the grout lines - could have been a better colour match, in our opinion.Mark & Debra

Planet Granite has a wide range of selections and the best customer service! Meeta took a lot of time to walk us through our options and never pressured us to pick more expensive designs. When I was not fully satisfied with the specific slab that was provided by the manufactuter, Meeta was super understanding and did everything in her power to get an exchange from her supplier. The installation was flawless, with no issues at all. I highly recommend Planet Granite!
