I went here to purchase everything for my daughter for her first year of ballet. I had no idea what to get they helped me find everything we needed with a smile and a great attitude I will definitely go back

Please Do NOT get fitted for Pointe Shoes at Edee's Place. She is not equipped to fit dancers into proper fitting pointe shoes.#1 golden rule of thumb... Not 1 type of shoe will fit every dancer.She only has 1 type of Pointe shoe (brand from So Danca) and has been fitting new pointe dancers improperly for 25years.NO mirror, NO Ballet Barre, not even a level and SOLID dance floor space to achieve a proper fitting. Makes me wonder what experience/training she has in dance, if at all.Most pointe shoe fittings take 1.5 -2 hours in length and are fitted by someone who has experience in dance and wearing pointe shoes.Upon returning the improper pointe shoes, myself and my ballet student were questioned about returning the accessories with them (the stitch kit- which was fine and we were gonna keep that anyway; and ouch pouches" which were NOT actually the "ouch pouch brand" - they were "pro pads" which were very impractical for a NEW dancer learning Pointe. So she pretty much Nagged us into keeping the stitch kit and the pointless pro pads.She has a general selection of many different types of shoes for different dance styles ie. Tap

Great inventory levels, super fast shipping, great price, only complaint is that the women I was talking to seemed liked I was a bother. Only chatted for 2-3 minutes about an order as it was my first order from them.Will do business again, some times people are having a bad day:)

My Daughter is just getting into Ballet and Edee was so very helpful. Great service and attention to detail. If it wasn't for her, I would have wasted a tone on buying the wrong things, and the wrong colours. I will definitely be back again!!

Edee was awesome and took time to make sure all was well with my skates. Her grandson William however was the highlight for me! Worth the trip just to chat with him!

Great selection and one staff member who helped us was very kind and helpful.However, the owner was quite rude and made a comment that my 5 year old was 'too pretty to play hockey' which was bizarre and made both she and I quite uncomfortable.We would not go back, for that reason alone.

Horrible business owner. Terrible people skills, let alone customer service. After booking an appointment for my son's skate fitting, we waited 15 minutes in the store without so much as a hello

I ordered a hockey bag which was $59.00. Shipping cost $12.88. I paid for the item and was then contacted by the owner for more shipping!! She wanted $40 shipping on an item that was invoiced for $12.88 shipping. When I declined to pay more shipping, she refused to honour the invoice!The only reason I gave it 1 star is because there isn't an option for 0 stars!Don't do business with someone who won't honour their invoice price!!!!!

The experience was just plain weird. The woman there just followed us around and pretty much disagreed with everything my wife said about what we were looking for. Not worth the trip.
