We ordered a sweatshirt which came in the wrong size. We were assured that an exchange was no problem, after saying this they never got back to us. My partner kept messaging them asking about the exchange and they blocked her on social media.Terrible customer service, if I could give this company a minus rating I would.

Placed an order for Christmas. At the end of November as their website says they ship within 2-3 days.This indeed was not the case. When asking for updates on their many ways to contact them there is almost complete radio silence.Got an email response so I still had hope. Only to have those hopes dashed when they again fell silent.Their Facebook just auto responds and no one ever gets back to you.Being indigenous myself I wanted to support another indigenous business.But I would never recommend shopping online aon their website you'll never get your order. And forget about getting any sort of refund. Very shady business practices.Owner needs to do better.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I see I am not the only one that has problems with these people. How do they run a business like this? I’m not made of money but purchased a shirt a month and a half ago now. I kept tracking the delivery because I was told it shipped out the same day I paid! Well here I am without the shirt or an explanation or a refund or an apology. I tried many many times to reach them. Only when I complained on a Facebook post did I finally get a response saying they can’t find it and they’ll refund me? Well I sent screen shot along with my order number because I was told they’d refund me the following day. I heard nothing. I’ve been since trying constantly without luck. So apparently I just gave my money away! Not ok!

The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Currently 5 MONTHS into an exchange. Started in May 2021 and it is now October 2021. Contacting Wolf Pack has been a task in itself, multiple emails, calls, Facebook messages, etc., etc., etc. I even spoke finally with Craig Stephens himself, owner of WPA, where I thought there would be some shred of hope, he gave me his personal email and STILL no reply. Finally I got a return label, sent in my exchange items, got a Canada Post email that the items were received and then they went dark again. This was at the beginning of August. They have not responded to any of my messages since, pretty sure I am blocked on their Facebook because none of my messages go through anymore, OH, but they had no problem keeping my $100! Absolute garbage company. Do NOT waste your time or money.

Terrible customer service. Great products if they make it to your house though. Mine did not. Ordered few items for my wife, Canada post confirmed it was lost. Left numerous messages, calls, through their website, emails. Got one reply they would look into the next day. Nothing, month later nothing. Would be a great company if they replied and re shipped orders or reimbursed. My bank will get my money back. Thanks.

I love all of their prints, and have ordered a sweater and a few t-shirts from them. Overall quality is okay, I was just a little disappointed on how they fit. Size is true to their website, but the head hole is extremely tiny, everytime I put my sweater on, I cannot have make up on or earrings as it smears my make up or rips my earrings out. It's a shame because I'd love to order more products, but I won't purchase again given the issues I'm having with my current products.

I ordered a hoodie over 4 months ago and never received it - attempted numerous times to either get the hoodie as intended or get a refund - neither have transpired. Being of Indigenous descent, I was very happy to purchase from an Indigenous owned apparel company and wanted to support this business, but I essentially gave a unintended donation. There is a total lack of communication and a total lack of concern about how this has affected me and many others according to other similar reviews. THINK TWICE about ordering from this seemingly poorly run and unresponsive company.

Excellent service. The t-shirt fits great and looks great too. The sales of this particular item goes to survivors of residential schools. Very happy with this purchase! I would absolutely deal with this company again and have recommended it to others.

Going on 10 months still no order arrived. I contacted them a number of times and still no response so I guess my $130 was just given out free. Trying to support one of our brother's company as indigenous people but he rips off his own people. Very sad and disappointing. Don't waste your time or money. I'll update this review if they honor my order.

If I could do 0 star I wouldHusband ordered a shirt before Christmas, shipping label made next day but never actually shippedStill hasn't arrived, 0 contact from any of the emails he has tried and Facebook as well. Looks like many people have had this issue.Days later I am adding this noticing that my husbands comments on the Facebook page( only 2 comments, nothing crazy) regarding his order never being shipped and lack of communication have been deleted by the company, as well as many other comments regarding the same issue. This is very bad small business practice
