Hello all,I would like to share my unforgettable experience.  Due to my Real Estate Agent’s negligence, I got myself committed to an unconditional offer to purchase a house that was beyond my affordability.  I borrowed fund from the line of credit to make the 100K deposit with the unconditional offer and later found out that I was not qualified for a conventional mortgage.  According to my Real Estate agent, if I didn’t fulfill my commitment to purchase the house, I would lose the 100k deposit and I would also subject to a lawsuit for breach of contract.  My family and I were scared and helpless not knowing what to do.  We were very, very fortunate to find Lawyer Mr. Norman MacDonald from Roger son law Group.  Mr. MacDonald has patiently listened to our legal issues and helped us resolved the issue.  I have received the 100k deposit back with very little difficulty.  Mr. MacDonald has restored our faith in our legal justice system.  I would highly recommend Mr. MacDonald to anyone who has similar or other legal issues.Also I would like to take this opportunity to express our family heartfelt appreciation for Mr. MacDonald help.Thank you very much for your time.D TranD Tran

I have been working with Natasha Finbow from Rogerson Law Group over the last few months to submit an application for probate after a family member had passed away leaving no will. So far I have nothing but positive feedback, the law group has been incredibly responsive to any concerns or questions I have had. Excellent experience! My initial consultation with Andrew Rogerson was insightful , gave me a better understanding of the situation and helped to set my expectations realistically. His personal experiences gave me confidence that his law firm had the knowledge and experience I needed. Although he tried to settle the matter quickly it ended up going to a hearing, the outcome of which is not decided. Mr Robert Rastorp has been excellent representing me, providing clear, knowledgeable guidance and advice with his thorough understanding of the law in my circumstance. Special appreciation for Ms. Celine Dookie and Ms Lisa Crocker for their very pleasant support. What a great team. Regardless of the outcome, I found everyone at the Rogerson firm to be responsive, professional, and compassionate and highly recommend them.

In February 2023, I enquired about a consultation with Andrew Rogerson. I explained clearly what I wanted to discuss and was told in an email that the cost would be $495+HST for an hour consultation. In April 2023, I booked the consultation. The person I spoke to wouldn’t honour the $495 fee I had been quoted in writing and said the consultation would be $650+HST for an hour. I was told the subject I wanted to discuss was the only one for which the consultation fee was $650. I had to wait 3 weeks for the consultation. Given the cost I sent background material to support staff for Andrew Rogerson and was told in an email it would be in my file for him to review prior to the consultation. On the day of the consultation he hadn’t yet seen or read it. The consultation wasn’t that productive. The total cost with HST was $734.50 for an hour consultation.

Rogerson Law Group is one of the finest Law firms I have ever dealt with over the past 40 years which included Corporate, Real Estate and Civil Law. My father's future and quality of life rested in the hands of this firm. Andrew Rogerson not only was able to see clearly what had to be done in our 1 hour consultation but which of his legal staff would be the best suited for my case. Arash Jazayeri was assigned to me and took this case over the finish line for the win with integrity, attention to detail, and heart. Arash was able to meet all deadlines weather it meant working nights and or weekends while maintaining composure even when I was struggling under such emotional duress. The entire staff of this company worked above and beyond the call of duty (special mention to Natasha Finbow). Every person I came in contact with at Rogerson Law Group weather it was accounting, technical support or legal always made me feel important and more like family than a paying client.
