Fast and efficient, very pleased. We had a bit of a complex job, but Dupuis set us up with a four units (3 wall and 1 ducted in ceiling). They had them installed in no time and even helped us get them connected to our smart home system. Dupuis took care of everything, including having an electrician come by and do the work needed.If you're thinking on a heat pump, don't wait. They're great, and with the tax credits available, it's a no-brainer.Only just had them installed for the past month during our big reno, but they kept up terrifically in the -10C cold, even in our uninsulated upstairs where most of the heat was escaping up out the open attic. We just got insulation put in and it's such a nice heat they're putting out. Quiet too. Can't wait to see how they do in the more and more common summer heatwaves!

He was very timely and professional in his communications. He took the time to explain everything and was conscious about our budget when providing an estimate.
