The main motivation behind choosing Polimark over Canada Post was the price. However, the nice customer service was definitely an added value. The parcel came within the given time range, and it was in perfect condition. Keep up the good work!

I had a few parcels to send home to Germany and was a bit overwhelmed on what would be the best way to do so. Luckely I heard about Polimark in Calgary from other travellers. From the first minute I got there they comforted me. Sebastian was very patient and supportive checking all the different options for me and figuring out the best possible way. Also answering all my questions and making sure I was happy with the suggested choices. I have sent a few parcels to Europe within the last 5 months and have not run into any problem even though there have been many challenges due to COVID. All parcels were delivered within the promised time.I sent an Air Mail registered letter to Europe with Canada Post during the same time frame and the letter was delivered much later than expected.I can strongly recommend Polimark to ship parcels to Europe and definitely will use the service when needed.

Best delivery service in Western Canada if you want to send a Parcel to Europe. The customer service was amazing, they called me when there was a little issue with the customs and managed it for me.The best overall is the reasonable price. It's just the half of the price what Canada Post charges and they are faster!The owner is great, very friendly and very helpful.

The best delivery experience I’ve had in a while. It took less than 3 weeks to deliver parcel from Calgary to Ukraine. Comparing to other services within Canada that’s definitively a rare case.Prices are reasonable. Sebastian was always in touch when I had questions and updated as soon as something changed. Will definitely use Polimark next time.My recommendation to all!
