Ty came out and installed a lot of new equipment for our new house (furnace, AC, water heater, mini split, and thermostat as well as adding gas ports for our back porch). He was great to work with, got out to us quickly, and even came in on an off day to make sure the AC was operating as soon as the electricians ran the electrical to it.

The work was done on time within the schedule that we had agreed too. We were happy with the quality of the workmanship and being able to talk to the workers as they did the job. They explained to us what was happening and how the new system would operate. We've been enjoying the new air-conditioning and furnace system, We are very pleased with the quality of the product, workmanship and price.

Fortis BC were very concerned with the level of Carbon Monoxide in our house and had us shut down our furnace. The heat exchanger was completely shot. Cracked with large holes. Ty was able to come the same day and remove the old furnace and install a new one. Very professional.Excellent work.

He was professional and beyond reasonably priced. Excellent!
