Very clean organized store and the service is excellent

I'm a life long Calgarian and I didn't know about Gregg's until about a couple of months ago. Now I've been in a few times. I have to say that the service is nothing short of exemplary. I was in yesterday and sent Cassie back a couple of times with knucklehead changes to my order. She took it all in stride with a smile. If I was her I would have given me a quick back hander!! LOL!! (Thanks for your restraint Cassie!) Another notable mention is that Gregg;s has an extensive inventory. I've never not found what I needed. It saves a bunch of time and money to find all that I need at reasonable prices in one location.

On Thursday July 14, 2022 I ordered a part that was in Edmonton and given the price of $220.00. They stated the part would be in Calgary Monday July 18, 2022. It arrived on time and I was called to pick it up. When I arrived to pick it up the price was now $357.00. I went on my phone to their web site and all parts prices had been removed. The man, who was polite through the entire transaction, stated they did price matching. I showed him on Amazon the price was $220.00. I could have ordered the part from Amazon but it would not arrive in time. He said they did not price match Amazon. I showed him 4 other prices from 4 different parts distributors ranging in price from $217.00 to $237.00.. He now stated they won't price match. Being in a time crunch I called Partsengine.ca and they had the part for $223.35 and it will arrive in time. I have never used Greggs in the past and never will again. I suggest you shop elsewhere as well if this is how they conduct business.

Impressive place! Had to go two separate times but both times were an absolute pleasure. I felt super safe in terms of their Covid protocols and both times I was greeted by someone who was both friendly and helpful. And they had the parts i needed in stock, both times! Would give six stars if I could.

Usually over priced, but convenient. I just picked up some aluminum hinges, paid almost $12 each. I had bought some from Alpine gas, paid about $6.50 each, same product. I think I'll try and support the other local companies instead of this over priced warehouse.

Wow! Impressed with the level of service here. The first young man to help me was admittedly less knowledgeable and found a second person to help. Blake walked me through options and what they had in stock, and even made suggestions that might work in lieu of my original plan. Thank you for the exceptional service. I also appreciate someone seeking out assistance and using that to learn to make their own repertoire better. Well done!

Came to Gregg for the first time looking for some bolt inserts and what not, the guys ended up having everything I needed and the guys were super helpful and patient.Not only they have everything you might need but also their staff is beyond friendly and helpful.Highly recommend!

You will find 'hard-to-find' products here. I was able to procure bolts and nuts for my metric cruiser. Helpful and professional staff.

What a such of inexperienced employee, they have more knowledge in how to rip-off customers, such a crooks and liars I will never ever deal with them ever again, stay away is the best you can do , the manager Lasly black she’s horrible won’t even investigate with her inexperienced employees before she talks with customers.
