I really like shopping here. I needed outfits for an upcoming wedding and they had everything I needed, all in EXCELLENT condition. Found boots I've been looking for forever but were way too much at regular stores. Besides excellent condition prices are VERY reasonable. DONATE WHEN YOU CAN HELP WOMEN IN NEED

I love this location! They seem to have great finds, and are my go-to place for low-cost media. I love thrifting, and am always looking for great places that are local with good deals and great finds. This is my favourite so far for media. They have lots of things, though.

I'm not sure what happened to this store. The furniture section is great. It's very well laid out but the other half of the store.... Empty, dirty, dark messy and unorganized. Staff on floor was rude walking around hanging clothing pushing a rack while on the phone talking loudly. I was looking at coats and she just pushed her way infront of me and started hanging coats right where I was looking at them and didn't say excuse me or sorry. She has dark pinkish red, below shoulder length hair, with an undercut late 30s. Won't go back here what a disappointment.

For a store that calls itself women in need it’s a rip off. Paying $25-$30 for a pair of second hand jeans? The store is horrifically over priced on everything. I looked t tank tops that were priced $10-$15 when they are $5/$8 new from the store. Who exactly does this store help. Much cheaper to go to regular stores on sale days.after having donated my entire house to wins when I ran away from abuse to go back in and be charged outrageous prices for things donated to them I’m speechless. Shame on this store

We have been coming to WINS for 14 Yeats now. It's a great place to donate to as well as shop. Unlike Value Village and Goodwill this is a not for profit shop.

Hate to write this review. I’ve been donating for years. 100s of items. Today I had a terrible experience with a manager here. If you sell something to someone, and it doesn’t work, you refund them. Its that simple. She acted like she couldn’t care less. Incredibly rude. I left the item there and didn’t get a refund either. If you’d rather treat people like that, you can keep both. I won’t be back as a customer or to donate. It’s unfortunate I can’t support this business anymore.

Good place to drop off extras and not needed kitchen dishes, pots, pans, women's clothing, etc. . We half a lot off stuff that we could not take on our move, so we donated to WINS.As far as purchasing items from here, they have a great assortment of clothes, dishes, and also some furniture. Some things are a bit on the high priced side. Helping women in need is the idea here, but some women can not afford some of these prices for the nicer stuff, which I think is just wrong and unfair. We may have to donate to other 2n hand stores.

All thrift stores have raised their prices and this store has too. But I think it's cheaper than VV so it's definitely worth a visit.

Annette was incredibly rude and clearly not fit to be in customer service. She didn’t greet me at the counter, the only thing she said to me was barking out my total. Take her away from customer facing roles.

Not happy at all! I was to get my shelving delivered. First it was over priced and second they resold my shelf. Paid 50.00 for people to move it and now I'm the one that's gotta pay 20.00 in gas for there mistake. I will never walk back into the place again. So unprofessional and slow. Not very organized. These guys were just not on the ball.
