Beautiful, quiet and clean space. Everyone was friendly and professional. I had the best massage with Katelyn. It was the perfect amount of pressure for me. My neck and shoulder had been tender, and it felt so much better after. I will definitely be booking more appointments!

Absolutely lovely massage. Receptionist is warm and inviting and Lindsay the masseuse is unreal.Only recommendation or change I'd make it sound proofing in the rooms and possibly trying to make the HVAC system a bit quieter. But if you're looking for a good massage in Kingston I highly recommend this place.

The place is so serene and stylish. My massage was great. My daughter had a massage from a different RMT snd was very happy. They also bill insurance directly.

This was my first time getting a professional massage and I loved it. It was so relaxing and amazing. All the staff were very professional and kind, the environment was very clean and made me feel relaxed. I have zero complaints about my experience and I found this to be a good pain and stress reliever.

I haven't had many, but this was hands down the best massage I've ever had. Lindsay's style of massage was exactly what I was going for with a relaxation massage. Slow, steady, with a healthy mix of firm and light.If I lived in Kingston I'd be a regular, but instead I'll settle for booking a massage from her every time I'm in town in the future.The place got a bit noisy with some conversations in other rooms and other noises, but it wasn't enough to make the massage and less enjoyable.

Katelyn is fabulous! Very communicative to ensure she gets to problem areas. Super friendly staff, beautiful reception area. It’s so relaxing from the moment you walk in, you never want to leave. Would love a 90 minute option, sometimes 60 isn’t enough!

I have had massages in the past at other places, and this was my first time at Orchid. I came in today with a very hurt shoulder and sore back. Delia came in, discussed the areas that needed focusing on. She made sure the pressure was good and that I wasn't uncomfortable. She explained what she was feeling and advised what I could do to help the pain. The only downside to the appointment was I could hear the person in the room beside me, which means they could hear me. When I go for a massage, I image only hearing the calming music and sometimes talking with the RMT, not the loud talking from the rooms beside me.Otherwise, great experience. I'll be rebooking for sure!

This is a fantastic studio. Front desk staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Katelyn is an excellent therapist who was attentive and responsive to what worked and what didn’t. Highly recommend to any and everyone!
