Great service. I only pick up packages, and have never used the Push It North service, so I cannot comment on that, but I have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. It's very simple to use, you get text notifications when packages arrive, and you can log in to see the full list of packages you have waiting. I use the service to save on shipping costs, but you have to figure in the cost of travel and the fee per package. It may not always be worth it for you cost-wise. Very useful also when items cannot be shipped to Canada. Overall, no complaints!

The worst service ever! Not only did I not get my items they are also making me wait 45 days to get a refund. I advise you to ship from stores directly and never use this service.

Terrible and fraudulent. Someone tampered with our package and we received spices instead of the Elvie breast pump I ordered. Outrageously customer service did nothing. Lack of transparency and accountability in their processing cost is $400, plus we had to pay $80 for the spices, with absolutely no customer service. Use another shipper! Spare yourself!

Great helpful staff. Was Convenient for ordering merchandise from US retailers.Rarely do you have to pay shipping charges when you order from USA retailers so this makes it very convenient and far cheaper than shipping to Canada. Great service for Canadians living close to the US border.They used to give you a return toll bridge pass when you picked up your items. They no longer do so and give covid as the reason. Pure nonsense. With the Canadian dollar on a low and the pass being C$4.25 each way, its becoming less viable an option to use them anymore.UPDATE April 2023They are now back to giving you a toll bridge pass when you pick up merchandise from them

I truly was super excited about this service and it is one of the reasons I signed up for a US account with my Canadian bank (they were offering one year free). I used the service for the first time last week and although from the reviews it seem to be a good option if you are able to pick up in person, it is absolutely not worth it to ship to Canada. I can think of so many different ways to get what I need from the US outside this service.I ordered a pair of shoes on sale for $30 USD had them shipped to my suite (which is located in Florida), that took almost a week. Then received a shipment notification from MyUSAddress saying my package was on its way to me accompanied by an alert from my bank that I had been charged $68 CAN for the shipping! ALMOST DOUBLE THE COST OF THE SHOES FOR SHIPPING, and to top it off because the suite is in FL, the shoes will take another week to get here.All-in-all, I was super excited and optimistic about this service but I will be sticking to just driving over to MI to get what I need from here on out.I think there could be much better communication from the company on how to setup you account and more upfront information about options and charges for shipping.Wouldn’t recommend this service for someone shipping from the US once in awhile. Might be a bit more useful for someone ordering and shipping multiple packages…

This service would be great if you could go pick up your items yourself but when you are dependent on them to deliver it starts to become an issue.There are the nickel and dime costs to just about everything and you can't combine to save money on shipping. What a joke. But the real issue is that when you are buying from the states and ship it to them to save on currency conversion, (and boy you can save hundreds depending) and they ship it to you broken. Now when I did this they had an option for insurance on the parcel and set me back about 5 additional dollars and so I went for it because this item is worth in the hundreds and I wasn't taking any chances. So when I called them up about this insurance option I paid for, they said they have no idea what I'm talking about and that I will need to pay shipping back to them and then they will ship it back to the seller for my refund. I had to argue with them just so that FEDEX would ship back to them at no extra cost to me, which should be automatic as they are responsible for the items they ship out. In short, at first I thought this was great but haven't used them in awhile due to cost and they don't do accountability so I would recommend use only if really needed.

I am having a nightmare time getting my package forwarded to Canada. They keep asking me to send them the break down cost of the individual items when its only one item. I have sent my website invoice for the company I ordered from and I gave my invoice from Shopify since they processed the payment. And I still haven't gotten my package forwarded. Absolute nightmare

They now scan all parcels as they arrive and leave, 5 stars on that aspect! So a great service if you are able to pick up items in person in Ogdensburg. With the border closed one cannot. The Push it North service is very unclear on fees and shipping costs (it mentions $29 broker fee, $9.99 shipping, taxes and duties). If you have 6 packages well the fees apply to each package, if I am hiring you as a customs broker it should be one fee to process all of it, not per package. If I buy something online with MOST US retailers it is very clear what it will cost to ship to my home address. Not an estimate. Taxes and duties prepaid. Why can they do it and you cannot??? This place needs a serious website upgrade to be competitive. I love the package pickup service they offer, not going to try the Push it North without KNOWING what it costs. When asking for clarification on fees you get a very short response, $29 (no mention of shipping costs, taxes, duties). Customer service is lacking. The emails they send out once they receive a package list the pick up hours despite BEING CLOSED for Covid...

Excellent and friendly service. Great communication via email when packages are ready to be picked up. Would be great if the Bridge Pass program was brought back! Would be an extra incentive to get more shipped to Ogdensburg and not have to pay the bridge tolls.

I had packages sitting in their storage for quite a while and I began recently clearing them out since I had the time to finally compose all my invoices together to ship it forward since their service is very picky on how you present your invoices. But when I went to check for my remaining packages they disposed of 11 of my boxes without even warning me. If I at least had some consultation I would have gotten the issue resolved quickly but they completely ignored it and disposed of them without speaking with me first. These guys also open up your packages as well so they can look inside, I understand that but when I buy something brand new they also opened that item up making me question what they did to it. As well when you have multiple packages they will take them apart and put them all into one box with very little protection for the items making them come in worse condition then they were originally. Overall having your packages shipped here is liking giving away your money, too expensive to get it shipped to you and having others go through your items for their own use. Completely unprofessional and will not be using them again in the future
