We waited to get our order taken in the drive thru for so long that 6 cars on the other side of the drive thru went through before us.The guy taking the order seemed so out of it that he couldn’t even repeat back what we ordered (regular Oreo and skor McFlurry). He said 5 different things back to us until he finally got it.Getting our order…. They handed us the wrong McFlurries. After that was fixed, the regular sizes we asked for were filled less than size smalls.I never leave bad reviews on places… but the customer service here was just so terrible I felt I had to. I worked at a McDonald’s when I was in high school and that type of service would have never been tolerated by management.

I visited last evening 6:59 pm 26th Jan . Ordered 20 nuggets and was given spot #1 to wait. After waiting for 12 mins ,we got the wrong order and again kept waiting.....we got our order after waiting for 15 Mins. All the nuggets were raw and my 5 years old ate 1 and we realized they are raw. We again drove back and notified the manager and he asked us to throw it.He prepared a new order and gave us a 6 lil donut coupon. He took our phone # and name and told us that the store manager will call us in the morning for a health check on my daughter. Nobody cared to call. Very disappointing...

I love McDonald's apple pie every now and then I me and my daughter go th8at 416 Hespler road to buy them but we have been getting cold pies. The food rule of ministry of health is they should not sell when hot food gone clod it should be thrown out. Yesterday we went to get apple.pie they were cold we returned them only to get an apology and given cold pies again.

I’ve been going to this drive through location before/after work for about 3 years and have never once had any issues or missing/wrong items. You can tell the management here is great, plenty of staff and seems really organized, my orders always comes out fast and food is always fresh and tasty. Kitchen staff kills it every time as well. good reviews are rare but I had to give 5 stars to this location! :) (I’m obsessed with the new sweet chilli wrap, so good)

Went to this location for the first time is a while.Unfortunately they have forgot how to make a simple big Mac. When I opened the box to eat my sandwich I saw the special sauce on the side of big Mac instead of in the middle of the sandwich. If I had noticed how bad it was made I would have asked for a sandwich made less messy.I will not be returning to this location.

I went here on New Year’s Eve & it was open.It’s clean.Its open on all days 24hrs including Christmas & New year.There’s huge parking space to dine in car as wellThere’s driveway, takeaway & dine in on all days 24hrs.Mr. Nick at the front is calm, kind & quick at his work

Good place for a quick snack . Usually I visit almost every Saturday and I have seen family bringing their small kids and toddler here and having a fun time. There is small play place also. Food is good. Coffee is best. If you are near hespeler road you can definitely hit the place

April 8th at 710pm I ordered an ice cream and 2 pies, both pies were relabeled since the best before times were passed. One pie is empty almost and just about burned

Why is it always chaos in here? Everytime I go even when there slow it looks like there busy as hell. Coffee takes ten minutes to recieve and they often DONT remember your modifications.

Its not mcdonald its an indiandoland lol no one soeak proper englishFalse advertisement that it is 24 hours mcdonald as advertisedStaff Refuse to serve said doing shift change and it take 2 hours and this is normal McDonald procedure globally claim by indian manager who refuse to give statement on video.
