You get treated like not people here! The customer service is really poor. Disrespects the customers and treating them like something less. Just because we are thrifting doesn’t mean we don’t have self esteem. I am not saying customer is king just treat them as human without yourPrejudice and the female blonde who was treating me like non- human should realize that it is a non- profit store and need to respect the customers.I travelled an hour by bus to reach here and I am never going back again. Kindly Try not to hire mean people who is destructive for customers mental health in the future.

Today my boyfriend and I went to goodwill and found a dehumidifier as soon as we walked in. Since it was very heavy and we had just gotten there, I asked a man at the counter to keep it at the front for us until we finished shopping. He was going to let us, until this very rude female employee with short blonde hair stopped us and said “unfortunately we cannot do holds” and was not at all accommodating. She told us we had to remove the product from the store and then return to finish shopping. We just bought the humidifier and left. Probably not coming back to this location for a long time because after she spoke to us in such a rude tone, I heard her harassing another customer in the store. When I looked, she was just giving me a death stare. Very unfortunate that the employee’s openly treat their valued customers in this fashion. I used to love going to goodwill, but not anymore. This staff member ruined my experience with the company.

ive had a good experience so far. two problems: sometimes ill go into the plus size section, and i always find that nothing is ever labelled with the sizes, eg: xl, 1xl, 2xl, ect. i dont know if thats on purpose or not, but it should be fixed. also, the cashiers ive encountered there so far are so rude. i tried making a nice comment about someone and they just responded with ok" with a neutral face.."

Wow, I go to the Goodwill every single day. Usually more than one location each day. Every year, I spend between 3,000 - 8,000.. I know, because I keep track. The Sherwood store is my least favourite because the staff is regularly very rude to me. I do not know why. It seems like they feel so special that the customers are simply a nuisance. At least that's how it appears. Today, Sept 4, 2021 (at noon) was the last straw. A blond female employee (hanging clothes) was so rude to me that I can't return there - because it would feel so wrong to support that store any longer. Too bad, but employees these days have to realize that the customers are the people responsible for the employees having a job. So long Goodwill! Sally Ann, here I come!

Extremely professional team of people. I understand that Goodwill hires employees with barriers. No barriers with me! Staff were helpful, progressive and knowledgeable. It is my new GoTo" spot for hard to find items."

Easy to locate different things. Everything is labeled... store doesn't smell bad

Always find things when I go. Prices have been going up but still a decent price and often find new with tags items. Wide variety of items. Lots of sale days so take advantage bit go early. This location is always busy. Mostly friendly staff, but have heard and overhears some concerns.

Really nice and friendly staff. Very good overall providing jobs for people in the comminity. However the priced are way too high for the quality of clothing. Stained shirts or shirts with holes/burn marks are sold for 7 or 8+ dollars. Lulu lemon is put in boutique area but are garbage quality. Shrunk, stained, completely worn out. I see the same items all the time because no one wants them. not worth the price anymore. Used to get good stuff there for goood prices. I was one shirt 8+ dollars but was 7dollar shirt new.

INSANELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY!!!!! Male worker with bald spot and glasses YELLING at costumer so loud i could hear from the other end of the store.. What the heck??? Then, when I cashed out he checked me out for a barbeque set AND DIDNT PUT IT IN THE BAG. OUTRAGEOUS. Only noticed when I got home, where he DID. NOT. GIVE. RECEIPT. And to top this man’s incompetence, after he gave me a glass item unwrapped I asked him to wrap it with paper, and he GIVES ME THE PAPER TO WRAP MYSELF. Avid Goodwill shopper to make more jobs and this is who they hire. IN. SANE.

Employees here are so friendly and helpful. I always enjoy chatting with them when I shop here. Prices are also great compared to many other second hand stores in London!
