Sometimes, the doctors talk bad ,not all

Great staff.Friendly and efficient.

The receptionist was very nice but the nurses were rude. The doctor was rushed and insensitive. She didn’t seem interested in helping my symptoms at all.

I've never been treated so badly by a medical professional. The doctor seemed actively angry that I was there, I felt afraid.

Need an x-ray, was in and out in about 15 minutes. Very efficient at what they do.

We got in on a Sunday, and that was great. But the doctor did not file his report, nor did he fax over the prescription to the drugstore as he said they would. We called but it's automated and only during the week so we had to go back, but he had already left, so my nephew wasn't able to get his antibiotics and has to go back tomorrow. What a waste of time and energy for him and his mother, who is being treated for stage 4 cancer. They were well aware of her condition and should know how difficult it is for someone in her situation to get the energy to go do these errands.The miscommunication between this place and the drugstore and also the inaccessibility to actually talk to someone over the phone is ridiculous. As if this doctor doesn't have a cell phone that the office could reach him on to clear this up, it would have taken 5 minutes of his time to get this right!

By far the most bizarre doctor's appointment that I've had in a while. Went in for a few things that combined have me worried. I was told repeatedly that my appointment was only for one thing & couldn't get them to understand that I'm worried it's all related. Mentioned that I've been feeling more symptoms of depression lately & right away the doctor upped my medication to above the recommended maintenance dosage. I've had to stop playing sports due to some of my symptoms & that is definitely contributing to my depression but wouldn't even get into that conversation with me. The most belittled I've felt in a long time...

Parking is poorly laid out, but in every other regard it is an immense upgrade in facilities.

The building is fine. The service is far from good.

Used the Radimed clinic. While that was quick and easy... parking was not. Lot was completely full so I had to park on the street.
