Amazing customer service! I surprised my mom with an arrangement for her birthday. Unfortunately, she wasn't home in New West at the time of delivery but the driver called her and arranged to deliver directly to her at Metropolis mall. Thank you for going above and beyond in getting this delivered to my mom on her special day!

Tried to order online and pick up. It keeps taking me to chat? When I try to back out it takes me out of the website. I have purchased several bouquets. The nuisance this has created I will no longer use these stores.

Had a great experience with the Lougheed location. Not only did Eri (I think I spelt her name wrong) go above and beyond to get a delivery done for me, She also corrected an error that another store made. She personally made the correction and produced the most delicious, fresh and beautiful hand dipped fruit a Valentine could ask for. Thank you for such great costumer service - I will recommend this location because of her personal care and kindness! I hope I spelt her name right... thank you again

I ordered for a work thing, just to do something different and it was a hit. Everything I ordered was inhaled in due order and tasted great. The customer service was awesome, my order was ready when I got there so I was in and out in a minute. I'd order chocolate dipped fruit from them any time, even just for a craving.

I placed an order for my Mother In Law's birthday to be delivered to her home on a Sunday. (I'm currently 6 days overdue in my pregnancy so pickup is not an option).Placed the order online just fine. Come Sunday they call my MIL to assure she will be home, she informs them she has plans and would be leaving at 3:30pm (they close at 3pm) and the person on the phone said okay no problem we will be there before then"Unbeknownst to me

Worst location to order with edible arrangements. This is a scam. Never got delivered to the recipient on her birthday yesterday. I called in and there was no answer. I'll be disputing this transaction with my bank.

Unfortunately they didn't have the Snowman tin that I ordered, but the service was friendly and punctual. My family loved the display and it was still a hit.Hopefully EA will improve communications and inventory updates with the online system. In the meantime, I will definitely shop again!

Wanted to surprise my daughter on her bday by sending an arrangement to her work. They never delivered on time. She went home and I had to tell her what she should be expecting because I had called to complain and they told me that the driver was not out delivering yet! So I said, fine then deliver at her place. She will be home at 3pm. They didn’t show up until 6:30pm.I called to complain the next day and they were apologetic and stated they would have the manager call me…..that never happened.It was a very expensive arrangement and very disappointing delivery.Will never again deal with them!

They were rude on the phone when my bf called already and when we went to order in person, they said it would take 20 mins so we came back later and got our two boxes. Went home and opened them to celebrate our anniversary and it was dipped so poorly. It was ugly and the strawberries weren't even riped yet, still whitish green and sour as hell. The bananas are usually my favourite but they were so ugly I didn't even want to take a picture to post it on social media. Seriously, it's already pricey for fruits dipped in chocolate so at least do your job properly and make it look presentable and pick the fruits that are ripe.
