U.S. Patent and Trademark Office - Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional Office
Registered for a trademark within the past year and it was accepted, however another company has filed an opposition against mark due to classes overlapping. I honestly feel the examining attorney should have known better than to take my money and to register the mark. Now I am out $200+ and have to file for another mark. I feel this is totally immoral.
