Harveer is very unprofessional rude unhelpful pharmacist Brampton costco

Great experience so far. Switched to this pharmacy a few years back and have been delighted with quicker wait times (Usually 30-60min vs 1-2h at others) and an easy automated phone-call service for refills. Getting flu shots are simple and fast, with a quick questionnaire sheet. Used to have slight issues with refills via phone-calls when I picked up the prescription but they're getting better at it now.

I have been coming to this very busy pharmacy for over 2 years now - my experience has always been pretty good and the staff I have dealt with have been very friendly - they are not always perfect, but I believe they have tried their best to accommodate my prescription needs - you have to wait at least 20 minutes when handing in a prescription and there have been a couple of small mix-ups, but overall I am happy with this location - their dispensing fees are the lowest I can find, even lower than Walmart - I will continue to get my prescriptions filled here - for some reason my name is not appearing but I wanted to assure you this is a real review - M. The old pharmacist is very good .. but the new pharmacist is very unfriendly,aggressive؛unhelpful, fanatical and does not want to help anyone .. He does not care about the patients ... He does not have the spirit of the pharmacist, the spirit of medicine to help people .. How do you put such a person like that in this position?And even when I told him that I will write my ratein the google because of what he say.. He didn't care about the rate and reviews of the people and say do whatever you want.... Why do you put your business in the google and you don't take any action with such a person like that???... Note all the workers there are very helpful and friendly,except that young new pharmacist.

Made me wait over 20 mins from when I was supposed to pick up meds. Said they were under staffed but then the should have gave me a different pick up time. Roughly 10 people picked up their meds and left ahead of me even though I was here first so don’t understand how they are under staffed. Someone came out once and asked me a unnecessary question about my health, seeing as how the doctor prescribes the medication. Overall not impressed.

I called them , to get my prescription transfer from rexall around 12:30 and I was told that It took about two hours. At 04:00 pm when i went to pick up my medications, it was not ready.On duty pharmacy technician Sudhir, rudely answered me that I just received the fax. When I request him to fill my rx , i was given one more hour. On duty Pharmacy Technician Sudhir was literally lying and no knowledge of customer service. I am just wondering how come Costco hire this pharmacy technician who does not deserve any type of customer service job. Never ever visit in future...

Very unprofessional and unorganized. MIXED UP MY PILLS and birthdate with others. Always COUNT your pills because they mix them up and you don’t get the full amount. Staff are rude and dismissive. They hang up on you while you’re on hold. During my OHIP-covered Annual Medication Assessment, they spent only 5 mins going over my medications butcharged OHIP for a 30 min consultation. VERY DISHONEST. Go to another pharmacy: most others are willing to match Costco's fees anyway plus they give free delivery unlike Costco.

Very rude behaviour. I went to Brampton Costco pharmacy located at hwy 7 and hwy 27(Huntington dr).Ms. Pataracia’s behaviour was so bad. They should understand. We are not getting medicine free of cost. But her attitude towards customer was very bad. She spoke so laud. I am a heart patient. She has no manner how to talk with patients. I can’t believe how Costco hire these kind of people. Will never visit this pharmacy store again.
